Quick & easy purchase of brilliant product
I recently bought a McKenzie Airback lumbar roll (a blow up lumbar roll) and it’s brilliant! You can easily adjust the roll to suit your back by releasing or increasing the air and it’s so easy and effective! The purchase of the product was very smooth and I was surprised at how quickly the product came. Thank you!

The product delivered was excellent……
The product delivered was excellent… BUT for something of such value delivered to someone disabled I was amazed that it was dumped on my front door by DPD and I was left to try and get the 15kg box up to the 1st floor… I had to pay someone to do it… you should deliver, assemble etc … all I had was a user Manual no help from you or training …. Shocking

Our standard delivery service is unfortunately limited to delivery to the entrance of the property or reception area where applicable. We do not currently offer a room-of-choice delivery, assembly or in-person training service, and we are sorry if this was not clear when you placed your order.
Products are supplied with the manufacturer's instructions for assembly and use, although we appreciate that this is different from having someone available to assemble the product and demonstrate it in person.
We do understand your concerns and appreciate you raising them with us.
