Dreadful service, bailiff drag their feet, zero communication, take their full cut no matter what they manage to reclaim and then throw in the towel before they've done! Never again, stay clear!

Advice bureau refused to pay
I had an ACAS agreement for a payment due from an advice bureau in Southampton. Despite regularly giving legal advice about employment law, the bureau chose not to honour this legally binding agreement. The threat and hypocrisy of having High Court Enforcement officers attending the bureau to take possession of goods whilst members of the public were being advised on employment law "encouraged" the bureau to obey the law and pay up.

Shame you can't give NO stars
Shame you can't give NO stars. I returned to my home to find a "very urgent" letter through the box to my daughter who has not lived there for over 12 years. Opened it and it threatens to remove my goods "with or without my presence". I have no Court orders and have received no previous correspondence from these cowboys, so clearly that is theft - and I told "Mr Brereton" so in no uncertain terms. If a firm purporting to be debt collectors don't have access to the electoral roll to check the "debtor" lives at an address they really don't deserve anyone's custom

Went with this company to try and get back my £1345 off someone. Wouldn't touch this company again with a barge pole, took over £400 off me including all fees etc for me to get nothing back. They accepted my debtors excuses constantly and didn't do anything. Honestly would not bother with this company, totally avoid them at all costs.

This company came highly recommended I gave them instruction to collect over 10K for me. They took £200 off me and basically did nothing they even asked me for the debtors phone numbers when it was already on the debtors website. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Could not collect a penny. Useless llazy incompetent. Waste of time instructing them to collect money I’m owed disgrace avoid at all costs quick to take your money

Unresponsive, lazy and passive aggressive
I was the client and you would have thought the debtor was their client.
It took them six months to get one offer of a pitiful payment plan. They were dealing with a business - NOT a personal debt.
Any time I would call or email in they would take forever to respond and if they did, it was as if my questions were a mild inconvenience.
If you want to have your debt mildly chased by people that don't appear to be too bothered and act like you are the problem for getting in touch - This is your company.
Absolutely disgraceful service.
