I instructed HIG to claim court order and an waiting as no one is available to review the case been waiting patiently,can the team arrange a manager to get results please contact me ASAP as helpline informed me they have sent someone to my property,do they know what they are doing?

Disgraceful. Unprofessional. Something very not right with this Company. Sent an UNAUTHORISED man to my old property to collect a debt. Agent, Mr Adeyinka is NOT on the authorised list of Agents on their website, when i raised this, he was "taken off" - They have point blank refused to send me copies of Court documents, apparently they don't have anything on file, they are regulated by the Enforcement Conduct Board, i would suggest anyone who has concerns like me, contact them, they're very helpful!

Pathetic! couldn't reach by telephone, very late responses to emails and I had to tell you how to enforce the writ. wont be using you again thats for sure

This Company are an unprofessional disgrace. An Enforcement Officer turned up at my property without any notice threatening to seize my goods apparently to enforce a County Court Judgment against a person I've never heard of who had fraudulently used my address! He was unable to tell me any details whatsoever such as what the Judgment related to, which County Court had made it, how my address had been obtained, who had instructed him etc etc. He was rude, abrasive and wholly unprofessional, and I had no idea whether he was legitimate. I was made out to be the wrongdoer required to prove my identity and that I was the occupier of the property when I am a victim of fraud!

claire on the phone is up herself - ask simple questions get told 'refer to the notice' ... how about give people the answer they are looking for rather than being snooty.

This is horrible horrible people mistreating people with mental health problem, classed vulnerable here and they took my only sorce of income and been in mental breakdown because I have been ignored despite of .y condition. Pressured to pay a big amount of money and threatened to sell of my only source of income. I have put up a budget form and offered a payment plan , sent them my medications and prescriptions hoping for them to reconsider my situation but they just ignore and breach laws

This company is rapacious.
The amount they wish for goes up by the second.

THEY WONT BE TRADING MUCH LONGER THEY NOW HAVE A CCJ AGAINST THEM, THE COURTS WONT ALLOW THEM TO ENFORCE JUDGEMENTS WHEN THEY HAVE THEM, SEARCH THE COMPANY CREDIT FILE, THEY ARE IN DEBT AND ABOUT TO BE VISITED THEMSELVES, AND AGAIN THEY LIE BY SAYING ITS INCORRECT, SEARCH THEIR CREDIT FILE FOR £5.99 AND SEE THEIR CCJ, IT ALSO SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY ARE IN DEBT TO THEIR LENDERS

Don’t fall for them, they’re not backed by any court, the name they use isn’t a registered bailiff or an Enforcement Officer

An incompetent company who have few ethics and certainly do not work for the benefit of claimants. They have called at my address at least 3 times about a debt that is nothing to do with me. They have have insisted on proof that I am not the debtor, is this nazi Germany? They dress as though they are police and even their logo is a poor attempt at a sheriff’s badge! One bailiff told me he would keep calling even though he knew defendant was not here because “he was often in the area”. I am sure the claimant would be happy with that!!!! There are plenty of searches the company could do to trace the defendant but I expect they are hoping I will give the information for free and yet still charge the claimant

Extortionate, heavy handed ,incompetent rip off company. They use a court order that was settled with the claimant, Anglian Water, to harass me in an attempt to procure Extortionate fees, more than the actual claimant was paid.I was forced to pay their agent £200, because he lost the key to a wheelclamp he had put on my vehicle which was in my back yard, not on any highway, as stated and it wasn't removed for 24hrs.This prevented me from working, at a loss of another £300. The agents words. "I'm not removing it without payment as I will be out of pocket as a result of having to get a locksmith to remove it!"So he's charging me for his own incompetence! I even helped him look for the key. part of the £200 should have been paid to the claimant, but was not passed on until I informed Anglian water after two weeks. They are still sending me demands citing Anglian water as the claimant, despite the fact they have been fully paid and are satisfied with my compliance. I reported this company's ridiculous practices and Extortionate charges of £685 with a threat of escalation to £1,300, compared to the £700, which settled the claimants bill. They also refuse to accept part payment or any kind of plan.
I have been in constant contact with Anglian water in a bid to cease this stupid carry-on and am putting in complaints the the relative authorities, and the court that issued the original writ. Company's who use this group, should be made aware that this HCE group actually hinder payments to them so they can line their own pockets at the publics expense. In the past I have dealt with other enforcement groups, with no such harassment! They should be removed from the court system totally.

These people take your money, do not update you and do not get you any success. They promise you the world in terms of helping you to claim money back, I have called today and they are clueless as to even the status of the company when its been 2 months since I raised a claim with them. They have no compassion for people who are in hard circumstances and face financial ruin as a result of fraud and have basically just robbed me of more money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had the displeasure of dealing with one of their employees today, I explained to the representative that i would be paying the bill in full and that i live 40 minutes away from the business address, The representative explained to me that was "A YOU PROBLEM" & he would give me 15 minutes to arrive or the bill will increa by a further £600 pounds. The rep took nearly a hour to count the money paid to him as he had to count it 4 times, I would definitely not recommend this company as their employees have zero people skills and are just bully's. This company definitely needs to he regulated as they operated as bully's.

As the client I instructed Hce group to evict tenant. I was quoted £150 plus vat plus locks for the locksmith. He was there 20 minutes and didn't even need to gain access as we had a key. We were billed £428. Hce group stated that the quote was approx and I had to pay it. Shocking attitude from the company and extortion from aberconwy locksmiths. Avoid both at all costs.

No idea who these people are I keep getting letters to my address with another name, I finally received one letter that said on the front if the person doesn't reside here to call them, I called them like a good person and explained it's the wrong address and Im a man who lives here (they're looking for a woman) and told them I will not give them my information since I have 0 clue about their company then the woman over the phone proceeded to threaten me by telling me she'll send people over? I just said do what you like but you're wasting your time since I'm the only resident. It seems this company doesn't like being told they have incorrect information and proceed to threaten you and just for reference I'm diagnosed with autism and these situations are more stressful for me then the average person. I'm in disbelief how they won't admit their mistake of sending letters to the wrong address

Daylight robbery 0 star. We agreed to pay Mr T Smith but he said it was 10 minutes ago you have to pay extra £525 more. Hell is waiting for you Mr T Smith

Bunch of idi0ts , came round to my house with nothing to do with the enforcement notice , causing my wife to have a meltdown and the animals to be in hysterics, no way of getting through to the idi0ts no correspondence before hand looking forward at some time to waking up the directors on a Saturday morning . Some of the previous reviews look like they could of been written by us.
Absolutely shocking company, quick to get you on side and get payment. Extremely slow to do anything else.
Failed to actually do anything to get the debt collected, we had to do the back ground work they tried to take credit for.
Only got a part payment, but still took their full fee.
Then refused to continue to peruse and closed our case.
Rude, arrogant, unprofessional service.
How this company is allowed to go under the cover of ‘high court enforcement’ is laughable.
