Plants arrived safe and healthy.quick delivery have potted up for a couple of weeks

Received the young plants, wrapped well and delivered within timeframe. They had been well watered , but looked a little limp, so put into a plant pot with compost and put into a sheltered spot.

I was not very impressed with the quality of the plants that I paid for. 2 of them were not even attached to their compost pod and several were very weak and bruised and broken. Maybe a bad delivery didn't help but if they were stronger plants I think they would have survived the journey. Sadly I was quite disappointed and will not be ordering from hayloft again.

We ordered the plants last year, at that time they were unavailable. We were offered our money back which we didn't want, and told they would arrive this September which they did. We've been kept informed reliably throughout with regard to details. The plants arrived in beautiful condition, well packed. with planting instructions. We are quite delighted with both the hydrangeas and the helpful service we have received....many thanks.

The plants I received look healthy and looking forward to planting them tomorrow with my gardener but I haven't heard anything about the foxgloves yet

I like and trust this garden supplier, but have a minor niggle. I ordered and have received the 36 x salvia collection. Of these 4 look dead - collapsed foliage and not much sign of life - the other plantlets are ok, but I have no idea which varieties of salvia they are as there was no information about this. The 3 small phlomis plants I also ordered are well grown and healthy - I'm very happy with them. As usual, good communication and timely delivery from Hayloft. I will have no qualms about ordering from them again. Linda Jones.

Lovely little plants, but no instructions, just potential sizes, so I have planted them out in some of my larger pots, and live in hope!

I put them into flower pots for a week +, weather today was dry for a little while, so manged to get some in.

Nice healthy little plants arrived well packed.

The plants were in great health, just waiting for the rain to stop to plant them up.

Ordered some bulbs. Offer included some free hormones or something. Was given a delivery date. Stayed in. What arrived was the unwanted free packet, in a big box, plus all the marketing gubbins, plus a note to say the bulbs would follow in a couple more weeks. So another day to arrange to stay in. Sent email to customer care but got a bland response saying the issue had been passed on to the relevant departments. No response yet.
