Very good service
Very good service. While two of the plants ordered were in perfect condition, the one did not survive in transit. Contacted Hayloft with photographic evidence. An offer of a replacement was made immediately.

Plants did not arrive on date…
Plants did not arrive on date specified. When I queried this, another date was given. Again, the plants did not arrive but eventually came on an arbitrary date.

Very poor quality plant.
Very poor quality plant.
Although Hayloft were quick to send out a replacement, this was also of a poor quality.
When I complained, the reply was not at all helpful and was somewhat patronising.
Hayloft had been recommended to me by friends. However, I am now a very dissatisfied customer who won’t be returning.

Plant arrived safely and was healthy and well packaged but it was smaller than expected. The growing instructions they said would be included weren't in the package but they can be looked up.
