Nice plants but inflexible delivery system
I ordered alliums, erigerons and geraniums. Each had a different delivery date. That wasn't a problem except that none of the plants arrived to that schedule, they all arrived early while I was on holiday. I tried to contact them to delay delivery, but they were unable to amend their system. Fortunately my kind neighbours took them in and looked after them. The plants seem fine, so no complaints there, but I wouldn't use them again unless I knew I would be home to take delivery.

Plants healthy and in good condition. Packaging secure. Only problem was the soil in and around the roots was not made secure for the journey, so the plant had moved in the pot affecting the roots. Usually the packer presses down paper to stop this from happening

Plants are sadly not fit for purpose 3/6 are dried up and dead.
3 plants are possibly going to survive I photographed them.
I live near by; would you like me to return the dead plants? Please replace them.

Communication
I think Hayloft should improve their communication with customers. I had to make 2 phone calls regarding delivery because their emails either didn't arrive or weren't specific enough eg the 2nd one said there would be a delay but it didn't say how long that would be.

I imagine the plants were too long in…
I imagine the plants were too long in transit because they all looked very sad. The customer service department are excellent and I believe will deal with the matter. However, I believe 2 out of 4 will die and the jury is out on the other two.
