Huh!
Ordered some bulbs. Offer included some free hormones or something. Was given a delivery date. Stayed in. What arrived was the unwanted free packet, in a big box, plus all the marketing gubbins, plus a note to say the bulbs would follow in a couple more weeks. So another day to arrange to stay in. Sent email to customer care but got a bland response saying the issue had been passed on to the relevant departments. No response yet.

I placed and received an order from Hayloft but two of the plants didn't survive. I called them and they told me they guarantee their plants.
They are replacing "all" of them and no quibble.

Of 10 salvia plants, most were ok, all a little dry, one - unlabelled- almost dead. Await progress. Verbenas ok.

My plant was delivered late and was not much bigger than seedling size, for the cost of a normal size plant, very disappointing.
