Customer Service NON-Existent
I wrote the head of Customerservice (Tyler) and it seems that they do not carefully read your emails and just waste your time.
The website is just full of techical bugs, its horrible. Here a summary (everyone can try out for themeselves)
1) Currency conversion inconsistencies
When priced in USD, a Haven Tent (with True Level Insulated R5.3 and Realtree Timber® camo) is listed at 410 USD (approx. 357.91 EUR). However, when switching to EUR, the same configuration is priced at 475.95 EUR — a difference of over 118 EUR for the exact same item.
2) Bundle selection issues
When the currency is set to EUR, I am unable to select the “Ultimate Bundle,” and only the “Work Bundle” appears as an option. Additionally, bundle prices are still displayed in USD, and when added to the cart, the price converts inconsistently (e.g., from 85 USD to 98.95 EUR).
3) Discount code limitation
I previously had a 10% discount code but due to technical errors it could not be used.
4) Checkout & payment limitations
At checkout, when selecting China as the shipping destination, the currency automatically switches to RMB and the PayPal payment option is no longer available. As a foreigner using Paypal its a nightmare
