Beautiful ring
I purchased a preloved ring from Hattons it arrived in a gift box , all necessary papers were included the ring sparkled like new , exactly as described very reasonably priced.
The only downside was delivery it was supposed to be delivered within 24 hrs , tracking was not updated as expected , the ring did not arrive as detailed by Hattons , contacted Royal mail on hold for 27 mins only to be told it will probably turn up within a day or 2 if not , wait 7 days to report it lost !!!!!
It did arrive again stated it would delivered before 1 pm but again late
Royal mail let you down Hattons .
