Have been disappointed about the quality of service few times. I tried to recommend Hatch to my company as it fit our values but the service received has been very poor and they made mistakes in one of our important/urgent order (business cards ordered by one of my colleague). Result: my team don't want to order there anymore. Such a shame as it's important to have suppliers which take care of the ecology..

Lovely high quality cards, I like that the process is very sustainable and green. I happened to have an issue with the format of my designs on card, and was promptly contacted by Samuel, who edited and corrected my designs very quickly, before I signed them off for printing. Highly recommend this printing company.

What a great company. Excellent customer service.
With my 1stattempt at getting my product right and looking good I was contacted as there were concerns over the resolution.
I was then able to submit several ammendments and reworkings at higher resolution for consideration befoe arriving at the final result. The roller banner arrived by next day delivery and looks awesome.

Ordered next day delivery of greetings cards, paying extra for the service. There was no communication after the first order acknowledgement. I tried phoning but the lines were constantly engaged and emails weren't replied to. After much chasing, the cards arrived late afternoon a day later than expected (and paid for). The printing is fine, but the company shouldn't make promises it can't fulfil.

My items haven’t been delivered neither I have received any refund.

Long story short: I ordered two banners but they couldn’t make them in time. I asked them for a refund. This was nearly 1 month aago.

The most fantastic service. I spoke to Katie about my order and she bent over backwards to ensure that I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend this company. Fast delivery, great quality prints and excitingly sustainable options available to choose. The site is easy to use and well designed too. Thank you Hatch, I will certainly use your service again!

The team were incredibly helpful and accommodating through the printing process and replied to any email queries I had within minutes. Also the printing turn around was incredibly fast and I received my banners the following day.

Massive thanks to Hatch for getting us out of a hole when our usual supplier's couriers lost 3 banners for a Hospital charity fund-raising campaign launch. We'll be back for more of this good service I'm sure!

Things did not go well at all but the owner did their best to put things right, although we missed a valuable pop up sales opportunity. We have another order in process, let's see how this goes. The quality of the printing is excellent, customer service needs improving.

Excellent customer service. Jas was super helpful in the design process of my order of seeded cards as I needed a customised design. The cards arrived fast and are absolutely amazing.

So glad I managed to find Hatch Print as it seems to be the only place to be able to print vegan things! I wanted to print off some small 6x4 photo prints for a frame and realised most places could use ink that uses animals, so I searched and couldn't really find anywhere untill I found Hatch. They didn't have a option soley for photo prints however I got in touch with them and they were very kind and wanted to see if they could help out. I only wanted one and they have kindly sent me a sample photo of my choice which is amazing! Katie was the person I spoke to via emails and she was brilliant so thank you very much :) It's really good to find a company like this, being vegan it's hard to find things a lot of the time, when they are more obscure like printing facilities, that care about the world and the living things on it, so yeah it's really nice :)

I can truly say that this is one of the most helpful, kind, supportive and friendly businesses I have ever dealt with. Their work is second to none and each member of the team works in tandem with the other to deliver the very best customer service and a truly professional finish to each poster they have produced for me.
From the prices to the completion time, every step of my journey as a customer was beyond compare and I look forward to getting more items printed by them in the future.
