Very reliable company. They don't just print what you send but they make sure it is correct and looks good. I like that they contacted me before printing because my logo looked pixilated so I sent them a different version and they printed straight away.
I'm very happy with the result of my order and will defo use Hatchprint again.

Untrustworthy Payment Practices and Poor Communication
I had a very disappointing experience with Hatchprint.co.uk. I paid them using both a credit card and a bank transfer, with the understanding that they would refund the card payment. However, they stopped replying to my emails when I followed up about the refund.
Thankfully, I was able to get my money back through a chargeback with my credit card provider, but this shouldn’t have been necessary. Their lack of communication and unprofessional handling of payments has left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend using their services.

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR BANNER ON TIME
Ordered before 3pm on a Tuesday, which they claim guarantees next day delivery. Spoke with Keith on their live chat and asked whether I needed to buy the fast-track delivery, as I had an event on Friday. I needed it delivered by Thursday. "Save yourself a few quid", he said. "Don't bother." However, I was so desperate for the banners quickly - it was an event that had suddenly created a discounted space and we're a startup - that I STILL decided to pay £10 for urgent delivery, next day.
It didn't arrive Wednesday.
It didn't arrive Thursday.
It arrived at 3pm on Friday ... when the exhibition was nearly ending. Delivered to my home, miles away.
Hatch ignored my emails, live chats, everything. Still waiting for someone to get back to me a week later - no offer of compensation, nothing; just ignoring me.
Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible service. Don't be fooled by their claims to be efficient - YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR BANNER ON TIME.
And then they'll ignore you!
UPDATE 25th JANUARY 2025:
Finally got a reply! 6 weeks later.
Says’All I can do is apologise, Mal’. THAT’S NOT ACTUALLY TRUE, IS IT HATCH? You could do the decent thing and refund me for the useless banners and give me some goodwill for the wasted exhibition and embarrassment at the conference.
Even if, as you claim, your system flipped it to the next day, Wednesday, I HAD STILL PAID £10 FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY - so it should have still arrived on Thursday; the day before the conference. No mention of that though.
YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR BANNER ON TIME, YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REPLY FOR SIX WEEKS AS TO WHY AND THEY WILL TOTALLY BLANK ANY COMPENSATION FOR SCREWING UP YOUR CONFERENCE even while they admit they messed up. TERRIBLE

Received my roller banner this morning. Excellent job and turn around from order to delivery less than seven days.
Customer service was also excellent. I would recommend Hatch to anyone wanted point of sale items.

RUDE AND TERRIBLE STANDARDS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
We had such a bad experience here, avoid at all costs. Half an ordered delivered, the ones that were had all been cut wonky and stapled wonky. Just a complete shambles. Communication all stopped from them when chased, managed to find the director's email and got an extremely rude and threatening email back. Then no answer when we paid a lot for our order.
Terrible
Terrible. Printed incorrectly with blurred text. Initially responsive and now silent and I haven't had my money back. Out of pocket and considering small claims court unless reimbursed. No answer to phone or emails for weeks.
Gone bust?
I have used this company for 4 years, and until April 2024 I have had great service. BUT my last order, placed on 30th April 2024 hasn't been dispatched! There are no replies to my emails, the phone numbers are either all dead or not being answered. I can only assume they have gone bust.

Shoddy Work
Extremely shoddy print job on my brochures, which turned up with big white patches on many of the colour pictures. Unusable. Additionally, I paid £35.00 for a Saturday delivery, which didn't turn up till Monday afternoon. Courier said they don't deliver on Saturday. No offer of a refund from Hatch for the courier and no response to my emails.
