Your products save us a lot of time in the kitchen, as well as being the kind of quality we expect from New Mexico chiles.

Chiles were shipped promptly and arrived still frozen. Individual packaging makes thawing and measuring a breeze. Fresh and tasty.

The website is easy to navigate, checkout is simple, and product arrives quickly. Once product is in hand it's a home run from there, the peppers are awesome and the BBQ sauce and Salsa was fantastic.

I really really enjoy your peppers. The roasted jalapeño go great with my eggs. The mustard is bomb. I will continue to buy your products.

They went above and beyond on making sure I got my chilis in time for making tamales with the family. They were delivered on time. The chilis seemed a little dryer than normal but hydrated with no problem. Won’t use any other brand!

The green chili has a bitter flavor and was extremely expensive for the quantity. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I am hoping the red chili is better.
