The Hatch Chile Store has become my go-to place to ship Hatch Green Chile to the East Coast. As a former NM resident, I hold quality green chile in the hightest regard and I'm pleased with the speed and quality of that arrives.

I love the chili being packed in 1lb bags. I had this shipped to Florida and it arrived still frozen on date expected. The chili is delicious!

For one thing their customer service sucks !!!!! can't get anyone by email and when I talked to customer service on the phone they said they would get back with me but I haven't heard anything from them !!!

Very disappointed. We've ordered from this vendor several times and have always been thrilled to see the white box on our doorstep 2000 miles from NM. Order fulfillment has always been great and on time. This time however we discovered out "Hot" chiles were lacking any noticeable heat. We reached out to the support who let us know we likely removing the vein. We’ve always followed the same process. Roast over an open flame, peal, remove the seeds, bag, and freeze. We never wash or de-vein the chiles. After discovering the total lack of heat in this batch, we even left them roasted peeled with the seeds intact for two days in the fridge, hoping they’d develop some kick. Nothing.

It really seems like we were sent the wrong chiles. But since they refuse to even consider that possibility or make it right, we’ll take our business elsewhere. It’s a lousy way to end what had become a beloved fall tradition for us. I’m sure our small 10–25 lb order won’t matter to their bottom line, but we’re genuinely bummed out.

Chiles arrived in perfect condition, still frozen. The packaging is ideal, 1lb vacuum sealed packages that will allow thawing in optimum quantity to avoid waste and spoilage.

Easy to order, products were delivered in good condition and the favors have been over the top. We ordered fresh mild & medium heat and they arrived and after blister there was exceptional flesh with that unique Hatch flavor. We also order 5 different salsas and ALL were well worth the purchase!! We will definitely be ordering again!

Great batch this year. Really meaty chili. Excellent shipping, I think there was only 1 partially spoiled piece in the entire 25 pound box , well done chili people!!!!

I am extremely disappointed. This batch tastes more like bell or banana peppers or tomatoes than green chile. It has absolutely no taste and would not peel after roasting. This is not authentic Hatch green chile that i get every year. Somebody tried to pull a fast one on me.

Our Hatch Chili comes in quickly and it's always fresh. This time we got one that was already turning red, but that was ok. My daughter gets on it quick and roasts them on the grill. They smell delicious once roasted. I took a bite out of one and, yummmm!

I paid extra for two day air shipping - ordered on a Tuesday for Mother's day gift and I did not get until the next wednesday - disappointed with that but the product is beautiful.

We love to cook in our family and New Mexican faire is our favorite! I like to share a pound with those that I know prize Hatch green chile as much as we do.

I wrote a so so review about my last order and I certainly wish I could find it to remove it! Customer service is OUTSTANDING!! They sent me replacement products immediately and I have to say the flavor of this green chili takes me back to days when my grandpa used to make it for us! His was the best! This chili has the BEST flavor!! I have been a long time customer and you have not disappointed me. Will continue to order only from you! Thank you!
