Hatch Chile is a great product and this company makes it seamless to order every year. I grew up in the Southwest and went up to Hatch every year to get my 25lbs of roasted Chiles. Now I’m in the Northeast and it is difficult to find Hatch green chile so this company is my lifesaver! The Chiles are wonderful and worth every penny to this pepper belly. Also, the company staff is responsive and friendly to boot! I’d expect nothing else out of the good old Southwest!

I saw your products advertised on Facebook a few months ago and decided to give the green chili pepper sauce a try. I got the hot stuff. It's great! I've also tried the red, and the red and green. But the green is still my favorite.

I was raised in New Mexico and Mexican food became my favorite. Then I married a Navy man and moved, with no good Mexican restaurants around. I learned to make some dishes, but not Chili Rájenlos. Then I found your establishment. All orders, accept one, arrived still frozen and packed perfectly. I love everything about them. The only negative comment is I wish we were able to select how many is put in a sealed bag when prepping for shipping. I'm single and live alone, so I'm having to separate and put so many in each bag. I did buy a sealer and bags so I could do just that. Other than that, I have no complaints!

I just opened the green and it's delicious. I lived in northern New Mexico for 30 years and became comfortable with the roasting every October and putting away some chili for the year. I now live in the Houston area and, well, chili isn't chili down here. The recent purchase has brought back fond memories and a tasty addition to my meals.

Used to live in Colorado but now reside in Indiana. Miss the festival in Pueblo where you could get fresh roasted chillies from Hatch NM...Shopped with these people several times and everything been flavorful and on time every time. Yes the quality is exceptional. Go ahead and spend some of your hard earned money,IT'S WORTH IT!

I'm a native New Mexican who lives in NYC. Over the last few years, I've been ordering frozen green chile from another company that now appears to be out of business. The frozen green chile that I recently ordered from the Hatch Chile Store arrived promptly; customer service was very helpful when I had a question. The chile itself is tasty but I ordered hot and the chile I received is really, really mild. I must admit that I'm disappointed.

Boxes packed well for the jars. Correct order. And of course great locally grown and produced chilis and assorted local produce. Keep up the great work!! Pecans are can’t stop eating type of snack.

The online ordering was easy, and the automated notifications were helpful, but my order didn’t ship for two weeks after placing the order, and there was no communication from the store for that two weeks. That was a bit disconcerting. I called the store after a week, and was told my order would ship in a few days. A week later a I called again, and was told the same thing, except the items did sharp in a few days. It would be nice to get some soft of communication from the store if orders don’t ship right away.

Since moving to Florida, I’ve ordered my roasted green chili from Hatch because I couldn’t find another farm with the same quality to ship. I love that they roast, peel and chop the chili so it’s ready to go for all of my favorite meals or just to put on top of any food. I always order the hot and it’s been very good, not too hot but excellent flavor. When my shipment arrives it’s always still frozen solid with some dry ice still in the box, they take great care in shipping to make sure it’s fresh when delivered. I highly recommend Hatch and will continue to order from them.

Nothing better than Hatch Chiles. Not living out West anymore I miss the Hatch Chiles. This store allows me to order my chiles frozen and always have them on hand. This place is the best.
