The Hatch Chile Store Omdömen 

We recently made our second purchase of tamales, chile rellenos, roasted chilies, and pork chile verde from the Hatch Chile Store. The products arrived quickly and were still in a well-frozen state. We have enjoyed all of these products and anticipate making future purchases.

I have been a customer of the Hatch Chile Store for years and love their products. I order at least 50 jars of The Fresh Chile Company Jalapeño Salsa every year. When my most recent order arrived yesterday, I was disappointed to find they had shipped me a dozen jars of the wrong product. I wrote a review expressing my disappointment and Myrna called me in less than 10 minutes with an apology and informed me that a dozen jars of the salsa I wanted was being shipped immediately. This is truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Thank you!

Love their products I think they’re very reasonably priced their top notch. I still think Hatch chili is the best in the land I live in Colorado near Pueblo. They have some really good chili there, but I really like the hatch and this company is extremely high integrity extremely good products and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend it definitely a lifelong place for me to shop.

Thought I was buy the ‘sun dried re chile sauce’ again, instead I received Old Gringo sauce. It’s terrible! It’s watered down and includes tomato juice!! Give me a break…tomato sauce!Very, very unhappy.

My order was completely thawed. It took a long time for delivery. The chili rellenos were completely thawed. My order took longer than was promised

The 2 chili ristras i ordered are more beautiful than I expected! They arrived pretty fast, they are generously full and long. I loved them so much I ordered another ristra to use for cooking. The first 2 are decorative only and they look beautiful in my kitchen. My roots are in New Mexico and every time I look at them I think of my mom and my grandparents.

A green chili has good flavor. I worked out in New Mexico and it was fearful for me to order anything hot and I do like hot. I don’t know if it was mislabeled, but there is no heat in this chili at least in the first bottle I’ve opened I mean it’s not even medium. I would call it mild. We’ll see about the next bottle. Maybe it was some weird thing or a weird batch but actually is good. I was hoping for more because what I paid for. Thank you.

Just had a chili relleneu today and was easy to prepare and taste was good. Little too much batter for me. Being from New Mexico I was surprised it shipped from New Jersey and one of the packages was starting to thaw .

Your product is great and very consistent as far as quality and taste mild is mild and hot is HOT 🥵! As far as shipping it is always timely short time between order and delivery and product always arrives packed extremely well and never broken.
Nothing but rave review for all aspects of your Company…keep up the great effort!
