I ordered 2 badger shaving brushes. When the brushes arrived, they were both synthetic. I emailed the day the order arrived to inform Haryali about the problem. To this point, I have had no reply - even to acknowledge receipt of my email. Not worth the hassle of placing an international order if this is an example of their customer service. RMP

Nothing delivered. No contacts. No refund. Terrible expreince

I ordered 100g shaving soaps and got 60g soaps. Then sent e-mails asking if that was intentional but received no reply.

I've canceled my order and requested a refund. The order was shipped nevertheless and I was not able to speak with anyone Haryali London at any point ever. I sent the order back today with the hope that this is finally sorted.

I found them online looking for an annniversary gift for my husband and they seemed nice enough when I changed my mind on the type of engraving I asked for - except they sent it with another persons name and not the one I asked for.
I’ve tried contacting them several times and they have essentially ghosted me, their number does not work, tried using their contact form online and had no respond though they claim 24-48 hours, used the correspondence from when I was choosing the engraving and they have ignored it. They have had almost two weeks now to get back to me.
The product itself was decent enough and it came extremely fast, they let me down with extremely poor customer service.

I ordered a safety razor and some small items worth about 35 pounds with tracking. It should have been apparent earlier that none of my questions were answered by the customer service email address.
I placed the order on 27 July 2024 with tracking. Both the order number and the parcel number were referred to by Deutsche Post as an undisclosed parcel. I repeat I requested the parcel with tracking at extra charge.
As it did not arrive I sent further emails and ironically the company has sent out satisfaction questionnaires in the last few days, to which I have sent a complaint in response each time, but no reaction.
What is most outrageous is that the order is marked as completed on the site.
For the time being, it has cost me 40euros for this little shaving equipment order, but it keeps me bearded.

Ordered hoping to get into wet shaving with a straight, I wasn't sure if the blade would be shave ready so I decided to contact them to ask. Well that was fun because the email bounces back I tried a phone number listed online, the number didn't exist I tried the live chat which is just watsap and after 5 hours they said razor was shave ready, great razor came a day later it was as blunt as a butter knife :( no bother ill get it honed. I contacted 3 honers all of them refused to work with haryali blades as the metal isn't very good so I returned it, not an hour after I sent the package I got banned on WhatsApp strange not sure what that was as I had to download it to contact them, alas they never sent me the refund I had to charge back with my bank. #5356

My boyfriend is a trans man and when he started growing more of a beard years ago we got him a fancy little shaving kit from a local mall. One of our ex-roommates took it when moving out, and he'd been sad about losing it ever since, so this year I did a lot of looking for something even fancier to blow the old kit out of the water. This certainly did the job! He loved the box, and when he actually opened it, his eyes lit up. They'd even slipped a happy birthday note inside for him!
The whole kit is high-quality and aesthetically pleasing. He loves even just looking at it on the bathroom counter when he's not using it.
Ordering was easy and the customer experience was fantastic--I didn't expect that putting a note in about his birthday would lead to a pack-in card. Very thoughtful, wonderful service. We'll definitely return.

I paid £8:99 for next day delivery, which was a Friday. I wanted them to take away with us on the Sunday, as part of a birthday present for my wife. She was away until Saturday night, so I should have received them Friday, wrapped them, and packed them away, but they didn’t come. I wrote an email to them on Saturday, but it came back, failure to deliver, with instructions what to do, which didn’t work either,so I’ve been unable to contact them, to get my £8:99 back. They didn’t come Saturday or Sunday, but Tuesday, whilst we were away, and my daughter was here, which was no good to me. I chose them, because they said,delivery in 3-4 days free, or £8:99 next day,if ordered before 2pm, I ordered at 11am,what nonsense, very disappointing.

The quality of the product isn't bad, but not above average as well. It's an okay product.
Tracking the order was disappointing. I paid for tracked shipping, but the tracking code was unknown to the shipping company so I never got to track the order. Even though I received the order now, the order status on the webshop is still listed as "accepted and getting it ready". Until I received the package, it kinda felt like a scam.

There is no support, the order is late, it is impossible to track the item. All the worst.

Order 5295: I have been trying to reach out the seller to get an update on the order. Their mail ID doesn’t work. Mails always bounce back. Seller seldom responds on WhatsApp. If you drop a message on their website, you don’t even get a tracking ID for the complaint.

Update: Just checked with DHL. Vendor has not yet dispatched the package (after almost a month). Seems I have been scammed.
