Website good but Evri Bad
Website good, unfortunately they send via Evri which is a gamble for customers who have to chase up parcels that mysteriously disappear from earth (see: auctions). Thankfully Evri knew where my parcel was on this occasion.

Firstly how can i rate my experience when the goods I bought from you is not yet received because of the poor service of UPS. Up till now this is making more than 10 days I’ve not received my goods from UPS. My advice for you is to change your transportation company.

Not impressed
Placed an order for next day delivery, 3 days later I am still waiting for it to arrive. Needed urgently but had to go and buy from a shop elsewhere in the end. Awaiting news on refund. Contact email given on website not working either.
