Next day delivery not honoured.
I ordered the products directly from the company and paid for next day delivery. Three days later the product has not arrived. I received a notification the day after it was supposed to arrive that they were running late and it would be delivered the next day. The package still didn't arrive. Very disappointing service. It's better not to offer the service if it can't be delivered on time. It was time sensitive and I have lost out. Hopefully they will refund the money.

Harry Harvey - Chip Shop Curry Sauce
Easy to order from the website. Plenty of great products to choose from (how about stocking up on tomato powder) Items nicely packaged, with super fast delivery to the UK. The Chip Shop curry sauce is easy to prepare (25g added in 150ml water) stir well and bring to the boil, and it is delicious, will try the Chinese version on next order.

Terrible company
Terrible company.
The turmeric is NOT ORGANIC, even though they say it is. It's a cheap generic bulk powder.
They refuse to reply to emails or answer the phone. Customer service is the worst EVER.
After ringing the 03300300013 office number over and over again, I finally got a ring back from 07738114413, but when I told him my issue, he said he would ring me back, but never did and refused to reply to messages, texts or phone calls from then on.
All I wanted was either a refund, or to swap the cheap, generic turmeric for organic, like I was sold.
Alas, nothing. BEWARE!!!
