Customer service is rubbish: I ordered a chip batter mix but the instructions were illegible: I've emailed this company three times asking them to send me a copy of the instructions but they've ignored all three. This product will now most likely end up in the bin as I don't know what to do with this product! It's a pity that I can't attach a photo for you to see yourself.

Harry Harvey's service was good but let down by the courier service which was a joke. Hermes can change their name as many times as they like but it would be more to their credit if they pent their money on improving the service. and stop letting down the use's of Hermes

I have ordered one liter pg/vg 80/20 mix, and it has been sent out for dispatch and I got a tracking number that was not valid and they don’t answer on email. If you want to do good by yourself and your company please solve my problem

Do not use this company. Scammers, I ordered donut mix 6 weeks ago. Called them 3 weeks ago to say when will it be sent - promised to follow up> Never did. Email no response and phone always engaged. Have to now start the process of getting my credit card refunded.

I ordered cold set custard that said £400g but when I received it the product was 300g
I kept trying to contact them on the email provided but no results. Very expensive custard!

The website is satisfactory, however, it is regrettable that their chosen delivery service is Evri, which poses a risk to customers as their parcels may inexplicably vanish, necessitating follow-up inquiries.

Guys - the product is great but please don't use Evri (previously Hermes). The delivery guy didn't even knock on the door he just stuffed it behind the bin with not even a note through the door. the only reason I knew it had arrived was because of the e-mail message.

I ordered east end food colouring and received something else not happy!

I’ve never reviewed my experience of buying a bottle of chilli sauce online.

It took a couple of clicks to buy and check out using Apple Pay.

I hope the sauce doesn’t burn my balloon knot on the way out.

Avoid this company I ordered icing sugar 25kg not come after 6 days no communication which I needed nobody got in touch even after I sent email, was issued a refund this morning now have wait 10 days. I'm a small business and can't afford buy another till I get refund, this is not how you run a business. Let down by this company if they are genuine I have my doubts. Lack of communication is wrong could of sent email message or call to say sorry will refund you. Will not use again not good service, and I'm very disappointed. Avoid
