I have bought all my horse products from Harry Hall for the last few years. They have a huge selection and stock everything I could possibly need from saddle soap to rugs. Everything is sent out by courier and usually arrives the next day in good order. The quality of the products has been amazing and there is not one product I could fault. Thank you Harry Hall, you are my one stop shop!!

Their chat function on their website is brilliant, prompt response and their Chat team are so friendly and helpful always clearing any questions I have, great option if you can’t call Harryhall directly. I’ve always been really impressed with their customer service team.

I have just insured my horses with the Harry Hall Gold Membership by phoning. I spoke to Vicky, who was excellent from start to finish. Brilliant customer service and very informative.

Dreadful customer service. Takes them over 5 days to respond to an email, which then convieniently meant I had to pay and admin fee on cancelling the policy. Also returned a rug to them. 2 weeks later they decided it was to “soloed”‘to accept and refused to refund! Avoid if possible!

Treat their staff as numbers not people. Open and close business to asset strip and dont care about impact on employees as lo g as the directors are sorted. Harry Hall and other businesses such as Stuncroft come under the umbrella of Riding international who pull the strings but its the same few directors rotating

I have had a rider insurance policy with Harry Hall for a while now, but recently need to cancel this. As there is no option to cancel this on their website, and it is not taken as a direct debit but rather taken from my card each month as a purchase, I emailed them over 1 week ago, asking them to cancel the policy. I have still had no response, and as it is coming up to the end of the month, I imagine i will soon be charged for this product again and there is nothing I can do to stop it. I would never have taken out the policy if i had known it would be so hard to cancel!

Fast delivery every time - great value and quality products. Love the protechmaster range, been great for my horse.
