I have been a customer of the harrow service centre for many years and I find them responsive, helpful, reasonably priced and the do a good job. If you are looking for a good garage who are polite, answer emails who will never rip you off then I would recommend them.

I went for an MOT, told it would take 1 hour. It in fact took 15 minutes. Very efficient.

I had an error message on my BMW 8 Series. BMW service centre could not have the car for a week and suggested I needed to leave it woth them for 2 says.
After rining HSC they took the car in and sorted out the error message, replaced and serviced all that was needed, handed the car back same day.
HSC has always been great, highly recommend.

I recently visited Harrow service centre for mOT, i'd like to share my experience. The staff were friendly and professional, explaining clearly before proceeding with the work. The mechanics did an excellent job, and my car feels as good as new. They also provided a detailed report of the work done. The price were reasonable and there were no hidden charges. The service was completed with in in the promised timeframe which i really appreicated. Over I had a great experience with Harrow service centre. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car servicing.

I took my mercedes GLA hybrid to HSC for it's b1 service which was done perfectly, the attendees were very polite and helpful as usual, I've been using them for a few years now without any complaints, they are also helpful when you call them for advice. I shall continue to use them in the future too even though they are not local to me.

I have taken my partners and my own vehicle, and walked into a very pleasant atmosphere with polite staff

A truly top class Service garage

I first used the Harrow Service Centre a couple of months ago for a service on my car. I was so impressed by the service and the professionalism from the staff, that I returned again with my mother's car. Once again, the service was second to none, hence I'll be returning again. Great to find a garage that offers a friendly, professional and fair service where they are happy to take the time to explain everything they have done and offer advice.

The team at Harrow Service Centre have been my go to garage for many years. They always do a great job, the price is always good and a little extra which always helps.

I can happily recommend them knowing the service they offer has always been top end.

After taking my Jaguar to HSC I took our old Suzuki Jimny for a full service, I asked for a complete check as it hadn't had a professional service for a long time. I was kept up to date with everything that needed work, of course, the cost.
When I collected the car I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was less than expected and the car was running better than when I bought it.
I recommend HSC to anyone who wants be confident with getting their vehicle serviced by professionals.

This was the first time I had used Harrow Service.
My car had a full service and all seems to be good and the cost reasonable. My car was collected and returned the same day, it had also been washed and the inside vacuumed. A fresh air card was attached to the mirror. A nice touch, but I personally didn’t like the aroma.

Having recently relocated to London, I didn't have a regular garage and was in need of an MoT for my Range Rover Sport. I randomly called Harrow Service Centre and yes, they could do it next day. Having established that the only significant fail point was an airbag warning light, this was efficiently rectified. It really is a huge advantage that HSC carry out the MoTs in house, rather than having to send vehicles out.
Decided to continue with a yearly service - Yes, no problem! Costs all looked to be entirely reasonable.
The service reception team were very knowledgeable, accommodating and communication was excellent throughout. From my experience, HSC is a very well run, professional garage. I would be pleased to thoroughly recommend them.
