This company portrays a UK company when in fact it is in China. The clothes are badly made and nothing like the items on the website. They do not have any size, care or material labels. Which means they are defective and should pay the return cost. Which they refused to do. Only when I opened a case through PayPal did they offer a 75% refund on the condition I closed the case first. It took over 50 emails to get to that point. I wish I had read trust pilot reviews and not relied on the website. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I would give no stars if I could!

before ordering I tried to ensure that a UK company was at least and agent. I ordered the largest size, but the sleeves were so narrow that I could not even try on the dress . Despite this it took almost another week to get H&H to say they would refund my money - and only then if I posted it back -tracked- to China.
What a cheat. This just seems a scam for making money.

Harrison & Hayes is not what it seems. Order takes weeks to arrive from China (some items never arrived), quality of clothes is really poor and when requesting a refund, the company puts up many roadblocks. Return policy is opaque & it now appears i have to pay to return items using tracked postage to China. I will update this review when the process concludes, to share whether i receive a refund for goods returned & for those items that were never received. In the meantime, i recommend you avoid this company.

If I could give minus 5 it would be nearer the truth. The dress was nothing like the quality promised and a refund required sending to China rather than Manchester where they promote they are based. They harp on about environmental reasons for offering partial refunds and credits but it’s just another scam. Buyer beware at all costs!

Only myself to blame .... never buying anything from an advertiser on Facebook again; it has never turned out well. Americans are best at cheating - the website i bought from no longer exists. Whilst I was waiting for the item I ordered, the original website, Spencer-London, disappeared, and a different company, Harrison Harper sent emails with tracking information. Dress arrived eventually, cheap material and shapeless. Enquired about a return and was offered 20% and keep the dress or full return if I pay for the return costs to "Asia". The "Returns Form" they said was attached, wasn't. Follow up email received no reply and now the second web address defaults to HarrisonandHayes. (And the first two are blocked by my antivirus programme) Damn, that's the second time I fell for a Facebook ad; finally learned my lesson.

Ordered tie front blouse it took a month to come. It was nothing like the picture, had no tie front, button up was crooked and the material was disgusting - like an old crimplene my mum used to wear.

The worst company. Pretending to be based in the UK. Cheap clothes, without any labels, no washing instructions, badly made from poor quality material, to no size pattern anyone in the UK would recognise. I emailed to return to receive ridiculous emails offering anything but the refund I requested. After offering various incentives for me to keep the clothes including sending replacements in another size free of charge?? Luckily I paid with paypal and they will intervene. Beware - after arguing the toss for weeks they will then send you a link to their returns process which includes the return address IN CHINA !!!!! You are responsible for the postage costs!!!

Disaster, having ordered a blouse I was then alerted to their reputation, but too late. Took a month to arrive. Size inaccurate, quality horrendous, certainly not a UK company.Why can't these hoax companies be brought down? Conned again.

Dreadful company. Pretending to be based in Manchester. Horrible cheap clothes and buyer then pestered by stupid emails after refund requested. Luckily Paypal intervened. Do not buy from this scam company.

I had all the same experiences others have written about. Ages to arrive. Terrible quality, not like photo. Asked for address ro return. Refused, kept offering a different item, a voucher, a partial refund. On and on. Finally told me to post it recorded delivery to Cina. Told them I refuse. Phoned my bank and reported it as fraudulent. Bank trying to get refund.

Clothes are not like the pictures and have no labels. Impossible to return as has to be shipped to China at your cost.

Do NOT use this Company! You think they are in the UK....they send from China and returns will cost you a fortune! Quality was not as expected. A very disappointing and costly experience!

Absolutely nothing like the garment presented on the web site, very inferior quality. Finally very expensive to return.

A scam , not a legitimate company have raised concerns with my bank for fraud

I agree with all the other reviews. Absolute rubbish.
I don’t normally buy from their sort of advertising but did look them up on the web and they appeared to be legitimate.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! What a sham! I ordered 2 blouses after seeing this company advertised on Facebook but after a 3 week wait the articles that arrived bear no resemblance to those advertised. The quality of the fabric and workmanship are appalling. The sizes are completely inaccurate. There are no manufacturers labels saying what materials they are made from or where they are made or any washing instructions.
The website advertised a full 'hassle-free' refund if you are not 100% satisfied but that is proving impossible. They have to be returned to China at my own expense using a full track and trace service and only once given permission from their customer service email address but they have not yet agreed to this happening. They have offered to resend a different size rather than accept my other complaints about the abysmal quality of the items. A 2nd email from them is now offering a 20% refund as a green option or a gift card - as if I would ever buy anything else from them! I have also seen that they are advertising under a different name of Harrison and Hale, a London based company and implying that they have a shop there which I do not believe to be true.
The cost of returning the items will far outweigh the value of the goods and probably the amount I have already paid and so I have to admit defeat and right it off as a bad decision on my part but do not under any circumstances make the same mistake!

Avoid!!! Wish I had read the reviews before buying a pair of shorts. Wanted to return but cost £17 postage as company is based in China.

I purchased some clothing items, took ages to come and very poor quality but can't be bothered to send back. I chased and chased, in the end said if I didn't receive by a particular date I would report them to my bank for fraudulent activity, they arrived day before date I gave.
