My shopping experience was great with Harper Wears. I’m looking forward to receiving my new shoes.
Unfortunately the shoes were really small. I was so disappointed. I ordered AU43 and the shoes were no more than AU39, so my feet could not fit into them. I was offered a 10% refund, or pay for postage back to China plus a 15% loading for handling. So unfortunately I have lost money on these shoes that I can’t wear.

Picked up the satin dress as a surprise…
Picked up the satin dress as a surprise gift and was nervous about the sizing. It actually fit her really well and looked more premium than I expected. She wore it for a night out and didn’t complain about adjusting it once. Support also replied quickly when I asked about the size guide.

These boots are definitely made for walking
Purchased knee length boots that I had been unable to find in the limited stores available where I live. Easy to order, product on reduced price, true to description, arrived within a reasonable time frame. Beware absolute scam.
Beware absolute scam.
Orthopaedic boots are not leather as listed. Cheap plastic vinyl, not the colour listed, size tiny, sole is thin. Honestly looks and feels like a shopping bag with a wafer thin cardboard sole.
Refund only sent back to China at my expense plus they deduct 15%! Going to cost more than the refund will be.
Keep them for 10% and give them to family is a joke! I'd be embarrassed to give them to charity!
The whole site is just a drop shipping from China scam.

The boots I ordered are not as advertised at all. They are cheap crappy quality that look like I ordered off temu for $10.
I will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges as this company is a scam!

Good first experience
Quick, easy, good colour choice and various sizes available
*update* the item I ordered took more than 2 weeks to be delivered, and the product I received was not the correct colour. Staff were friendly and responsive to my immediate email noting the issue. Unfortunately my request for a refund was not accepted and a second item, of the correct colour apparently, has been resent. I am yet to receive the second product.
As lovely and responsive as the staff were, it is unlikely I’ll use this site again.

Order received within 1 week, shoes are great quality, soft and comfortable on 1st wear. Showed work colleague quality, ask for sight details is placing order. We are in nursing so comfortable the minute put on i decided to place another order great price on special but quality is what I'm looking for and could not hesitate to have an extra pair in a different colour.
