ALERT - just went on the website and you can't place an order anymore!!!
DO NOT BUY from this company. Complete scammers. Added insurance you didn't ask for to the tune of £7.50. Quality rubbish, thin, nylon like material, satin blouse nothing like on line. Arrived eventually, crumpled, no cuff and button as shown in picture. Not fit for purchase. Online description is misleading and not true. Trying to get refund is impossible. Ask you to pay for returns to USA which would cost more than the ridiculous refund they are offering. The only place for these blouses are the bin. Returns information comes from their so called Resolutions Centre which has no person's name, and they have the audacity to quote how much hassle it would be to receive a refund going through Chargeback and how the quickest resolution is to accept their offer. Unbelievable. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. This company is a con.

Unfortunately, I've read the reviews too late, and had the same experience as everyone else. It's an absolute rip off. I ordered a dress,pictures looked lovely, unfortunately, it didn't fit and wasn't the material expected. I was asked to provide photos and video footage As if that would make any difference when they're only going to offer you a 10% refund and keep a dress that doesn't fit. They said the costs involved in returning would probably exceed the cost of the dress, so most people agree. This must be hugely profitable for this company. Please don't order from this company.

The company Emilia Rose uses AI generated images on many different sites and for different companies.
It appears that it is an Australian company run by a mother and daughter complete with back story. The items are sold in australian dollars. The company is actually registered in the Netherlands. The products are made and shipped from China.
Although they state that refunds will be given they say that you have to contact them to get a label. Then the push back starts. I explained that under consumer protection for online purchases I have a 30 day cooling off period when I can change my mind. In addition to that I told them the quality was poor and not as expected and the finish was poor. The fit was bad for me. I did not like it and the product was misrepresented. They asked me to take measurements of the product and send a video. I did send a video. Then they said that I could send it back and get an exchange but they required a further $98 dollars! Then they offered an exchange which of course I refused because the overall size wouldn't help. It was too big on the shoulders and too tight on the bust. They then offered for me to keep the dress and they would refund half the amount.I contacted paypal and they gave me another e mail resolution for the company. I informed Emilia Rose I was escalating the case. They then sent me a return address at my own expense and a form to fill out and to get documentation proof and photographs and tracking number etc and to make it as difficult as possible. I am sure so many people give up at this stage. I checked the address of the return it goes to a seedy area of Hollywood in California where the dresses are recycled or disposed of. You can imagine that these dresses are made in sweatshops in China so not worth at all what they are advertised for. DO NOT BUY AND LET EVERYONE KNOW! will let you know if I get a refund. My time and trouble and anxiety and cost of the return will not be replaced.

Sadly I've joined the throng of disappointed customers.

My garments have arrived ;

Additionally, I didn't know that it was possible for the exact item, ordered in the same colour, but in two sizes to arrive in differing shades of orange !!

I am disappointed with the quality of the outfit I was sent. it was different from what was on their website, and the reviews under the said outfit were all fake. I was asked to send pictures of the item, which I found inappropriate. Why do I have to justify myself to that extent before I can receive a refund? To make matters worse, I was only offered a 10% refund, which I outrightly rejected. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. Please, do not buy from this company.

I completely agree with the previous reviews. The photos on the website are misleading. When my skirt arrived, it was of such poor quality that I did not even try it on. Straight into the rubbish.

This is a scam! Emilia Rose is engaging in misleading and deceptive conduct.
Emilia Rose is selling clothing that does not match what is advertised on its website. The items I received were very different from the photos and descriptions in terms of quality, design, fit, and overall appearance. The clothing were cheaply made, using cheap material and was not what I expected based on the website images, despite being sold at relatively high prices.

Total Scam!! Same as other reviews. The website is a sham. All false advertising, you do not get the product shown. It is not express Royal Mail delivery. My dress was shipped from China and took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, via Evri. It is not free returns, they do everything they can to put you off returns and full refunds. I was offered 15% refund if I kept the dress. I said no so I was then told it was very complicated to return as needs to go through customs via US and I would have to pay, so would i accept 25% refund!! I paid £50 for a half price dress that is likely not even worth a fiver. Luckily i had paid via Paypal and they automatically refunded me. Website should be taken down. Avoid!!!!!

This is a scam - please do not touch this company. Items are sweatshop made - have been arguing with me about returning them for 72hrs they have offered me 10% refund but keep the items- I say no they said 20% and keep the items - the whole thing is a scam - do not buy anything from this company.

This website is a scam. I paid over $200 for a dress. The dress I received only slightly resembles the picture. It is clearly not the same dress. Fraudulent advertising. I checked the return policy before purchasing, and it said that returns are permitted and to initiate you need to email them for creation of a label. Website also states no restocking fees, etc. I’ve been emailing back-and-forth for a week now and yet to receive my label. They want pictures. They keep repeating they are working on a reasonable outcome. I’ve told them I just want a refund and a return label and they are refusing to comply. Total, TOTAL scam.

Absolutely do not order from this fake company! I feel like I ordered something straight out of a gumball machine and I’m not able to shove it back in there and get a refund.
There is no way I’m providing a creepy video of me not fitting into what they provided me. Can’t even call it clothing.
The material is nothing like what is pictured. Wouldn’t put my dog in it.
Oh,they did offer me a courtesy,one time replacement of the same nonsense they sent in the first place for the $30 shipping fee. Only after 4 emails explaining that I refuse to send them pictures and videos of myself.

Significant delayed delivery. Product arrived and it is horrible. Cheap material - practically see-through (no lining), fabric has flaws in it, no label on the clothing item. Clearly made by non-professionals. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Don’t waste your money.

Avoid this company! I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased clothing from Emilia Rose. The website is set up well and the clothing looks lovely, what actually turned up was a piece of tat. Nothing like the picture on the website, poor quality material and manufacture. I have logged a case with PayPal to try and get a refund as Emilia Rose have just sent a standard reply, saying nothing and offering nothing. Although they give the impression they are in Amsterdam I gather from other reviews they are actually in China. Buyer beware.

Exactly the same appalling customer service that everyone else has experienced. I’m trying to return a dress and am being asked to provide a video, photos, clothing dimensions, all so that they can find ‘the best solution’. Having just read the reviews, I realise I have zero chance of getting a refund. If there was a zero score, I would give that.

the jacket I received has no lining, the pockets are fake and the quality is worse than the costume jackets you get from a costume shops. the button on the jacket was of the worst quality and the stitching was DREADFUL with threads hanging off the sleeves. Do not make a mistake like I did. Reading the other reviews it appears that I will not get a refund. But I will write on Instagram and Facebook about these guys and will tell anyone and EVERYONE I know about this scam.

After endless ‘no contact’ about my return I’ve lost my money as this company has a policy of only refunding 30 days from ORDER ‘ but takes days to deliver and then days to give return info leaving 2 DAYS for a customer to self fund a return to California Basically a SCSM COMPANY
BUT since the money refund period expired I receive DAILY !!!!! emails with untrue ‘customer service’ statements
BEWARE AND DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR EMILIA OR EMILIA MELBOURNE
and here is the meaningless daily words that cost me £41 of non refunded money

Very poorly presented in packaging. Screwed up up in a plastic bag. Fit poor. A long process to get information on how to return very disappointed
