Extremely disappointed, bought 4 as Christmas presents returned 1 as faulty on 10th February and have another one that’s faulty. No replacement and no refund as yet only excuses about being in Dubai. Shame as really liked the product when it worked.

The quality of the harmony diffusers is second to none, after trying one we have replaced all other brands we had at home and at work!
The scented oils are amazing quality and as an aesthetic with allergies don't cause me any difficulties at all. If you are on the fence about ordering just go for it, you won't regret it.
What a lovely addition to our home. The product is beautifully packaged, very professional looking, and the unit itself is easy to use, very high quality and also is a lesson in minimalist design but maximum functionality. It really does just blend into wherever it's put. Have ordered 4 more oils to try when the freebie runs out (which smells fab by the way). Even on low it is very effective. Buy one, you'll see what I mean. 10/10.

We find this 1* review extremely harsh especially when we got this all sorted and we have sent out your free oil after your original orders. As you can you tell from our other customer reviews and the feedback we get they’re all 5* reviews and we would like to keep it that way although we can’t please everyone.
Every customer gets a free oil when choosing their diffuser and unfortunately you did not choose your free oil when it does say clearly to choose your free oil below. However we did email you to sort your free oil out as a courtesy message so you do not miss out

Amazing diffuser highly recommend!
Absolutely love this diffuser! I love the fact that you can turn it on and off easily and even set it to run for a specific number of hours. As soon as I walk into my home, it smells like an absolute dream

Great long lasting scent that fills the home. The diffuser itself is very easy to use and is finished to a high standard.
The lighting element is a great touch too.
