Haq Travels Omdömen

Haq Travel and Faizan Tanveer are amazing!

Haq Travel have been absolutely amazing!

Faizan Tanveer served us with our Umrah package, his service from start to finish was fantastic.

He gave us options of all the hotels, then gave us the specific hotels we wanted, then arranged half board and full board for us to cater for the children and elderly so it is easy for them with all food provided at the hotel.

Faizan gave us the best flights for our circumstances and the flight that worked best with our situation.

Faizan considered everything for us and took into account every eventuality.

Definitely recommend booking with Haq Travels and ask for Faizan Tanveer as he is the best travel agent I’ve dealt with.

Thank you very much for everything, will certainly be coming back to you :)

Alhamdullilah our experience with Haq travel was good, however, there are space for improvement, there need to be more English speakers working in their transportation department, communication was a big factor as they mainly speak Urdu and not many understand English. Our first hiccup was when the taxi driver who supposed to pick us up from airport, kept saying 5min he’ll be there, after an hour of frustration we had to get on a random taxi to take us to the hotel, the company agreed to pay the taxi driver though. We had to chase up to organise the Ziyra and date farm visit. Swissotel in Makkah was amazing, really enjoyed the closeness to Haram, breakfast was fantastic with variety of food. However, the hotel in Medina Emaar al Mektan was disappointing, food was cold, the housekeeper refused to give out toilet rolls and towels, knowing there’s 3 of us sharing a room. Other than that overall experience was good

Assalam Alaikum, Had gone for umrah through Haq Travels in November. I had an amazing experience, would highly recommend them !!

Huge thank you to Sufiyan Naeem who works for them and has been very kind and helpful throughout.

Thanks!

Abdul Ahad was the agent that set up everything for my family. Everything planned and prepared by him was very good and we all had a comfortable trip because of him. 10/10. Will be contacting him for our next trip also.

We arranged everything via Haq Travels. Everything went smoothly from accomodations in terms of hotels, flights and taxi services.

Would definitely recommend their services. I would like to specifically thank Abdul Ahad as he was the person who arranged it all for us.

All managed to perfection from Abdul Ahad who was extremely helpful from start to finish. Initially I was skeptical but the company is extremely professional, punctual and well managed.

All transfers were on time and flexible, flight tickets were issued and given to me on time, visas were completed on time and all travel information was issued to me.

Only slight issue was that in Makkah I asked for Haram view and paid extra but was given just a slight view of the outside of Haram rather than the entire Haram or even any part of the Kaaba which essentially made the view useless for me and going back id not pay the extra for this.

Asalamu alaikum our Umrah went well.Thank you to

Went through Sufyan for umrah in November
Amazing experience, very quick to respond.
Hotels for makkah and madinah was nice

It was nice travelling with Haq travel initially had some troubles but due to friendly, quick and supportive staff
like Faisal and Zain it was resolved quickly and made the trip worth it. So I will definitely recommend Haq travels:)

"Our umrah journey with HAQ Travels was fantastic! They helped us find the best package, ensured all our documents and visas were done on time, and kept us informed throughout the entire trip. They were always accessible in case of emergencies. A big thanks to Brother Faizan for his assistance. I highly recommend using them again! 👍

Hotels were very nice and clean and were in very nice location with excellent view. Transport was brilliant and was always ready for us. I really appreciate Mr Faisal from Haq travel. We had a very good, relaxing and tension free time. Thank you Mr Faisal.

We had a smooth and productive journey. The hotel and transport were great, the flights were great. Faizan managed everything for us, and he proved to be a very helpful and reliable gentleman.

When I first contacted brother Sufyan Naeem and his agency from London I was not too sure how reliable there agency was as they are based in Manchester. Since I spoke to brother Sufyan before I booked my umrah trip he always gave me the best umrah packages towards my requirments such as price, hotel stars and distance to masjid. Once I made my booking and went Umrah Sufyan has kept his promise that all the bookings for hotel transport from jeddah airport to makkah to Medina went very well without any problems. I even booked an extra couple nights after umrah in abu dhabi where Sufyan had found a good hotel and price for me to book which was very good. This agency had brothers working in makkah and medina to support any situations with hotel bookings and transport where I had 2 people to help sort out my booking in medina hotel when they couldnt find my booking details at the hotel. The customer service was available 24/7 and answered all my calls everytime. They booked my ziyarat both in makkah and medina where my family had a very great time. Overall very good 100% service from brother Sufyan and would recommend the agency to anyone planning to go Hajj or Umrah In sha allah.

I had planned to go to Umrah and randomly searched on Google and found out about Haq travel. I checked and read their reviews and then I rang them and Safyan brother has told me all the different options and packages, showing affordable and reasonable prices. He gave me a 5 star package with great Turkish Airline. My Makkah Hotel was Elaf Kinda, which was only 2 minutes walk to harram, where you can easily go to harram at Fajr and Tahajad times and can also listen to Azan in your room! The hotel service was excellent and it was in an amazing location with famous Albaik Restaurant in front of the hotel. I was very pleased about the services. My package was also included with their outstanding transport service. The drivers always came on time, and had great communication through the app. My hotel in Madina was the New Madina hotel, which was also excellent service. The hotel was very close to Masjid Nabwi and the Buffet Breakfast was delicious.
I highly recommend Haq Travel and I am very very thankful to Safyan brother and the Haq Travel company, it was an amazing trip! You can book with them and they will assist you in all steps

Very helpful and well organised company, special thanks to faizen who organised my trip, at a very competetive price, everything was superb on my 2nd umrah with haq travel, hotels were great...thank you faizen and haq travel, great honest people

This was our first umrah with family. We booked complete package, including flights, hotels, visas and transportation( airport to makkah, makkah to madina and to the airport) Sufyan was amazing. He found the best hotels and only 5 minutes( or even less) walking distance to both mosques. Everything went so smooth and sufyan eve kept in touch with us throughout the trip to ensure everything was Ok. Now my whole family will be booking their umrah packages through sufyan. Thank you so much.

Absolutely a horrible experience.
We requested hotels nearby, they promised and reassured us that they will located us nearby..
And they had given us a hotel in Madinah, which was a 30 minute walk distance away from the Mosque.

This was very very difficult. Especially when having to come back and forth to the mosque.
My feet and my whole body is shattered from this.
They had broken my trust and have lied.

Make sure you guys CHECK your hotel distances as when we had called they advised changes with hotels can only be made a day before you arrive at the hotel. Which is UTTER nonsense.

Completely appalled that they had not helped and instead said we need to PAY more. We will never use their services again.

Fantastic Service from Abdul Ahad. It was our first time on Umrah and we had lots of questions. No matter when we sent questions he would always reply. As it was our first time we had a pleasant experience and would book with Haq Travels again.

Booked an umrah package with Abdul Ahad at Haq Travels, got to amend my package as i wanted it, chose my own hotels and dates and was given a really good price, communication was excellent throughout the trip and everything including flights, hotels and transport went perfectly as planned, 10 out of 10 service, Would highly recommend.
