This website is a scam. Ordered a computer screen that just never came. Can’t find any contact info or email. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to try and get my money back.

Don't buy anything from this company !! They false advertised product and fully refundable it's not! The sandals were not as descripted the buckle was broken did not fit around my ankle. Offered me 15% back of the $65.26 purchase price. Fraud not as described even close to what was descripted do not buy from them ever. and won't give me my money back. Company billing address shows as Texas but really from Vietnam. This is there exact response

Ordered telescope, does not work. They sent me another one, does not work. Only offering 20% refund. Scammers

This product of complete crap, and they do not allow returns!!!! Best offer you will get for this crap product is a 15% refund, totally NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!!!!

Estafa, no llega el pedido y no se localizan, he puesto denuncia en OCU y en Policia, y reclamación al banco para la devolución del dinero, mucho cuidado.

STOP BUY called them complaining that it wasn’t what I ordered. Today, I got an email telling me my $39.20 that was charged,
was being credited back to my account. It seems that this company,which is overseas, is using a CA address, and continues to operate fraudulently! Please put a stop to this company!😖OM THIS SELLER ,IT 'S A SCAM

STOP -- Do not order anything from this site, Happy Shop. The quality of their products is laughable. They say that they will refund purchases if you are not satisfied. NOT! II was offered a 30% refund two days after I received my package. The very next day after my purchase arrived, I contacted them; and it took them another day to answer me. To return something you have to send it to a specific address in Viet Nam. SCAM. SCAM

I certainly hope you are reading these reviews before ordering anything!!!! I ordered some garden art and it’s a JOKE! Paid $50 and it’s not worth $5. It is not as pictured on site. They advertise that’s it’s coming from US so as not to let you know it’s sub standard. Junk!

Ordered some grass starter strips for bare spots in my lawn for $24.54. A few days later I got a strange shipment of 3 pieces of green felt. We did not know what this was for. Then we got an email saying our grass starter strips had arrived. Then I realized that the 3 pieces of felt were the "grass starter strips"; they had no seeds, no fertilizer and no instructions. Total scam. Luckly we have buyer protection and after sending an email to their "customer service" I disputed the charge. I don't think I will hear back from these crooks. Thankful for Chase credit cards which immediately put the charge on hold.

Absolutely the worst customer service! The item that I purchased was broken and they refused to refund or exchange it.

Looks like my comment will just end up in a pile of sh* with everyone else's. I won't even trouble myself to go through the trouble to contact, ship etc in 7 days. Looks like my efforts will be futile. They sent the wrong size support shaper and you should've seen my face when I opened the package, ugh! What a piece of utter garbage. Crap material, crap style. Looks like I'm gonna learn the hard way to vet out companies I order from. I'll read reviews first!

It is ridiculous to try and get help from Paypal Credit.
This is my third try today. Reading all the comments regarding Happy Shopping, seems like they are sticking to lots of people. So why is Paypal Credit dealing with them. I ordered 5 pairs of sandals, There are 10 pairs in two sizes. I wear a 9, the others are 5's. They smell so bad, are already ripping in the box, and there are no instructions for returns.

Horrible quality sandals, tore apart today, the 3rd time I wore them. Since stitching and fabric didn't match up on the sole, I didn't stress them, knowing this was likely coming. DON'T BUY FROM - spend $20 more and get a quality shoe. I'm done with online buying that isn't from the shoe company directly. Tired of the online rip-offs. The has to be a way to shut these scam businesses down, doesn't there?

Massive SCAM. Why haven't they been shut down in the United States? Products never received. Customer service phone number is in Bangladesh.
