I’m Natalie, a busy mother of two, and just like so many others, I was juggling work, family, and friendships while the small jobs around my home kept piling up. Minor tasks I might try manage on my own (DIY is not my strong point), and anything else that would need a professional. ​ 100’s of YouTube tutorials later, the tools I didn’t have and the worry of getting it wrong. When I finally called professionals for help? Very few answered, or even worse—they did, but quoted sky-high prices, or never showed up.
