Im trying to order some barbados currency, it brings me to the point where it asks for bank details after approving it from my halifax bank app, ot brings me back to the currency exchamge page, now i was able to change up some money last week i chamged upn£700 into bbds, is there an issue online atm .....

Disgusting service from H&T online service
Order No 57886 i ordered my item online the 14th June. It should take 3-5 working days, to date I have not received my item. No explanation given by them. I had to email them to find out what is going on
I was email back lies . To date I have not received my order or any response from H&T online services. Their online service is the worst I have ever encountered. Lack of communication is terrible.

Bought from Wisbech store last week 15/6/26 Baume at Mercier watch, was told that I will receive authentication certificate via email which also stating on website, Thursday same week emailed customer services was told that they spoke on behalf of me with store and was told :(. The store has raised this with the team if you haven't received by next week let us know . It can take longer than 2 days ), I did contact and received response:( The store have advised us that they can no longer issue certificates ), but I was asking about digital one, today is 22/06/26 no digital authentication certificate received,H&T providing misleading information , and quiet strange that it come in come up when I bought the watch suddenly no we unable to release to you authentication certificate because suddenly was told not to realise, but it if policies of H&T change then they should inform they’re customers or inform in store that they not issue any more any authentication certificate, but instead they tell one thing and after few days you find out that they decline, I rang in store today now they telling me that they policies changed and they not issue any more authenticity certificates suddenly, this is very unprofessional lies after lies

Been a costumer for over two years i…
Been a costumer for over two years i pawn a ring and buy it back no problems there sending money to family no problem you can even buy some nice bits of Jewellery but if you want anything repaired i would shop around. I was quoted £400 to repair a 9crt gold ring only needs i thin tiny bit gold on it. Dont go here for repairs i feel completely took for a ride!

I visited the shop in Bexleyheath this…
I visited the shop in Bexleyheath this afternoon, recommended by my Mum's previously exceptional service. I arrived out of breath, a little embarrassed that my COPD had reared its head I needed a minute. I asked for someone to take a look at a selection of jewellery and 2 watches which I believe to be genuine. The watch faces were checked with a little pointed machine and apparently the glass did not react as expected. The Gold items were checked with a magnet and discarded accordingly. I enquired how to get the watches checked for authenticity, should I take them to a jeweller? 'That's what we do' came the reply. And I shall, and I shall be posting my Gold to Lois Bullion who Xray, weigh and pay same/next day.
The young man working there today was apparently one hour late for work and was not to have a lunch break but took a short break anyway. As a mainstream retailer myself I was surprised at the lack of professionalism. Far from the friendly and thorough service my Mum had received. And, as for the employee chastised in front of me? unnecessary. Poor Show H & T, my first and last visit.

Went to purchase €1400
Went to get euros for an upcoming trip. First of all the guy at the free desk ignored me while he interrupted the two guys dealing with two customers at the second desk. When he finally acknowledged me he had a right attitude problem as the conversation continued found him to be intimidating and aggressive to the point that I said I don’t like your attitude and left the shop! Went to Sainsbury’s purchased euros very pleasant transaction. I will never use H&T again. The guy was the manager- he needs some lessons in customer service! Very disappointed as I have used them for years. The nice man who usually serves me was one of the two who was dealing with the other 2 customers.

Poor Service
Bought a longines watch only to be told three days later it had already been presold. Told I'll have to wait up to ten business days for a refund meaning I didn't have the funds to buy a replacement. Not a single offer of compensation or good will for inconvenience. My advice is avoid and go to a reputable dealer. Very disappointing

Never used this service before, extremely impressed by professionalism and process in selling gold rings. Cannot recommend Darlington branch enough, Darren and Peter were great to deal with.
Disconcerting
Disconcerting. Ordered a Rolex Datejust online, encouraged by the website's claims that the watch is guaranteed authentic and comes with a 12 month warranty. Customer service originally told me that they were changing their processes and that authentication and warranty documents would follow. Now they say "We no longer provide the email with the authentication". They have also so far been unable to clarify what exactly the warranty covers and they have presented me with no particulars. Again, they say "Your receipt of the watch will be when the warranty starts and we do not provide written confirmation of this."
They have also been unable to comment on why the clasp and crown do not match the watch (the clasp is dated much later, and the crown markings are not typical of this model). They may be service replacements, but this was not mentioned in the listing.
Lastly, the watch was packed unbelievably poorly. A £4,000 watch placed in a flimsy presentation box, which in turn was packed in a larger packing box with no bubble wrap or protective material. The watch was bouncing around all over the place in the parcel - madness.
I would be very sceptical about ordering from H&T again. The website states that "Our items are all supplied with a digital authentication card* to mark the items passing these tests and all come with a 1 year warranty.
*Digital authentication cards are sent within 2 weeks of delivery to the email provided on the order." Evidently this is simply untrue. Beware.

I purchased an Omega watch, it was advertised as including papers, but no papers were sent. Tried to resolve with customer service but go no where.
UPDATE - £50 refund was offered, despite 20% impact on watch value
