Just bought a beautiful Handsling A1R0evoS direct from the company. Personal bespoke service from the team to deliver a perfectly sized unique bike which is a true joy to ride. There is so much choice available of components, wheels, as well as a multitude of colour schemes.

Just superb customer service every time

The experience was really great and unexpected, having not experienced a road bike before and had nothing to judge it against.
I have bought some very nice bikes in the past mainly MTB’s and the service is very pleasant. Handsling is in a different league, I expected to sit on a bike and be done with it, sign here pay here we’ll let you know when it’s ready for pick up. I was greeted by staff offered a drink, they explained all about the company and the service I could expect and delivered. I went for a test ride on a bike that was preset for my measurements I had given previously, albeit some adjustments.
I wasn’t dressed for the occasion nor had the correct footwear as I had only ever ridden in flat shoes, they changed the pedals and made it suit. Nothing was too much trouble.
Then down to business, I got to choose everything I wanted, they showed me round the workshop, offering different finishes and accessories, they offered advice and options to suit me, it was all about me which made it a great experience.

The bike, I couldn’t pick the bike up during the working hours of the workshop due to my work and location, this wasn’t a problem, I actually picked the bike up from the directors house mid evening, he explained all about the process and how I operate the bike and service the gear set etc. the bike is in a pearl finish Marine Dream which looks fantastic.
I get compliments everywhere I go. The bikes been a joy to ride, it’s very fast, everything about it is go fast.
Overall very happy, Handsling all the way. I will get another one from Handsling and would recommend them 100%.

I have been fortunate to have purchased two bikes from Handsling.During each process they were helpful,professional and very patient!
Any queries or alterations were heard and dealt with.
I have been down to the site it was great to finally see it.What made me smile most was despite it being the main business site,where bikes are created,serviced or repaired it’s clear that it’s also a bit of a “drop in” for cyclists,Handlsing owners or not.
Handsling love their bikes and it’s clear they want us to also.
Oh and the paint options are simply insane.

The A1R0evoS is a great bike - handling, ride, weight etc. And I've moved from an S-Works Tarmac so have a good benchmark. So, with many excellent bikes from the big names all competing for your ££ why choose a Handsling?
What matters to you? Race heritage? Fast handing yet comfortable geometry? Light weight? Aero credentials? Climbing prowess? Holding speed?
Check...for all of the above.
But none of that is what makes a Handsling special. It's the whole experience - from the first call to riding away. Meet the designer? Yes. Meet the owner? Yes, Meet the technician who builds your bike? Yes. Meet the expert who sprays the incredible colours? Yes. You get the idea. It's a very personal experience and you can't help but be impressed by the enthusiasm, knowledge and desire to make the best product for you the customer. And the (ongoing) race heritage and back story to the brand reinforce and validate the decision to go Handlsing over big brands, Find out for yourself and speak to Simon - but don't think that choosing a colour will be easy!

Ordered replacement parts for my CEXevo. Spoke over email and was told what parts I needed and given advice on some equipment changes I was making. Would recommend!

I was able to build a bike to suit my budget and came out with a one of kind that rides so well.
It's hundreds if not thousands cheaper than an equivalent brand.
But best of all the staff care about making sure you are happy whether it's the day you purchase it or 2 years later.
You literally cannot be disappointed by buying a Handsling.

What a bike! Beautiful to look at but also incredibly fast and responsive to ride. The team at Handsling (Miles,Simon,Rob) put up with all my indecision over spec which was much appreciated 😁 A truly custom experience!!

First of all, great customer service and experience. Enjoyed meeting the owner and being shown around whilst tweaks were being made when I went to collect.
Lots of compliments on the gold colour I chose. Paint finish is really top class.
Bike was properly assembled. I even checked all the torque settings, all spot on.
What might I do differently if I was to order another? Possibly go with the lighter frame. Possibly.

Handsling make superb bikes and their aftercare is just as impeccable. Got my 18mnth old AeroEvo serviced there with a couple of upgrades - you can’t resist! - the bike was returned to me and it was like new bike day all over again! Faultless service from people who care. Keep it up guys!
