Our experience with Handsling was beyond incredible. We ordered for our son and required a lot of help as we are not cyclists. Start to finish handsling asked us every preference possible on the bike and somehow delivered it on time to make a championship race even though we had missed the order window. The bike runs like a dream. The paint is stunning in person. We can't give anything but massive praise to Handsling. A company that truly cares.

Good packaging and delivery times. I would appreciate some instructions in the box when buying a frame set as there are many unique parts in the box.

From my initial phone call, when looking to replace my outgoing TT set up, Rob, Simon and co at Handsling were fully engaged, welcoming, flexible and fully understood what I was looking for. From the invitation to test ride a TSTRevo, fettling and measuring up, then on to subsequent order and collection, I was kept fully up to date and knew that they were simply a phone call or email away. Now that I have a few events this season under my belt I feel that I can round this review nicely by strongly saying that it's the smoothest and most rapid TT bike I've ridden in my many years of competition, and as such has reflected in my times, so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the superb Handsling experience! Chapeau Gents!

Great frame great communication and a real person on the phone

I was in the market for a new bike and had seen Handsling

After contacting Handsling to enquire about the bikes, to which Simon was incredibly responsive. I ended up finding a secondhand (barely used) Handsling A1R0evo. It needed a new part for the headset (known weak part) that had split. Handlinng very kindly sent me out an upgraded part for the cost of the postage. 🙏🙏🙏

I've had a fair few road bikes in my time, and done many miles, but i have to say, the Handsling ride and handling is sublime, I absolutely love it. Bravo to the team! There isnt anything that comes close in the price range and more over the service from Handsling is lazer focussed on customer which we dont tend to see often

Very please with the outcome of the frame. Paint job and the outcome of the frame is outstanding and it's very responsive when ridden.

Any question by mail is answered quick and satisfactory.

First off, the Handsling team have been great throughout my buying experience and have really cared about getting the right bike for me. From a proper 1hour+ demo ride, where they took the time to set up the bike to my fit data and then had the patience to answer my many questions on spec.
Next, after placing the order, they have kept me informed on time frames and progress of the build, even down to what day best suited me for delivery.
When, at the last minute, I had to make a couple of changes to spec and fit the team happily accommodated them.
Finally my A1r0evos, it's arrived beautifully put together, I haven't had to fettle anything and now on my home roads I can confirm it's an absolute weapon!
Don't take my word for it, talk to the team and try one.

Ordered a TR2EVOS Sprinng bike. The team at Handsling could not have done more to provide a fantastic bike with excellent service. Had to make some last minute changes which was handled expertly.

This is my third experience working with Handsling. The customer service is absolutely amazing. From the customer support side to sales, the Handsling Team is supportive, helpful, and friendly. Both my son and I have CEXevo’s and they are very formidable gravel and CX race machines! We love ours and the color ways available are awesome.

Excellent customer service, first class communication. Only recently received my new TT bike so early days but delighted with how it looks, custom paint is even better than I’d imagined. Can’t wait to start putting the miles on it.

Have purchased a Handsling Tr3evo track bike and now used it for racing a couple of times. Love the design and look of the bike, it handles really well and from a performance point of view has proved to be everything I hoped it would be. It's proving to be a real game changer for me.

Slightly disappointed with the build/delivery timescales but over the moon with the bike.

Handsling builds really great bikes. I am very satisfied with the advice by email and the delivery. The only thing that bothers me is the very poorly glued tire, which is a shame. But I would still recommend Handsling.
