Great communication regarding what riding i want the bike for and advice about gearing. Fantastic choice of colours. It was good to choose all the components with guidance from the Hamdsling teams to get the best within budget.

Buying a Handsling Bike was a joy, from the very first phone call to make my initial enquiry. They were supportive throughout the whole process (my first bespoke bike), making recommendations, and giving me guidance on where I went wrong on my digital bike fit. From beginning to end, the process was very personal. I visited the factory, and was made to feel very welcome, culminating in a test ride of a similar build to the one I wanted. A few weeks later, I was contacted by the builder, to confirm measurements and check a couple of things. Wow - the bike rides amazing, looking forward to some better weather now!

Great wheels delivered on time fist class

I chose Handsling because of the customisation options available. I have short cranks which are beneficial for my bad knee and carbon wheels which cope well with the Pembrokeshire winds.

Purchased a A1R0evoS with dura-ace spec. Made the effort and drove to the factory, to spec the bike. The greeting and advice from Simon and rob was first class and made it an enjoyable experience. The bike is superb and I’m looking forward to clocking up the miles on it.

The reason I choose Handlsing was they were one of few bike companies that can justify the price of their products. When your spending thousands of pounds on a bicycle the service and experience needs to match the cost. Dont just buy online, buy from a company that will go the extra mile.

Ordered something that showed as in stock and wasn’t.
Then had to wait for what they had to be painted so took a couple of weeks all in all.
The bars seem decent but just not the easiest experience compared with others, but that’s just my experience
