Excellent customer service! Contacted them regarding changing shipping address due to change in my circumstances. They really went out their way to locate and update despite being ready to ship. Not only that but the items were perfect and so well received on christmas day.

Got a bracelet made, as a Christmas present off my husband of my little angel baby girls handprint on, date and name and I'm over the moon, exceeded all expectations and a lovely keepsake to remember my baby girl by, would absolutely recommend 10/10 thank you all so much!

Amazing service! I didn’t pay for the quick delivery but received my print kit the next working day, and once returned to them I received confirmation that it was approved the following day.

I was updated throughout the entire process and was advised once it had been posted, and again was delivered the following day.

The jewellery looks even better than I expected, so so pleased with everything.

Very disappointed with my order. Be very aware of font when you order. No choice was given and my s looked very y like. Other s on the photos look like mine at all. They did offer redo if I sent it back. However considering nearly £20 had already been paid for Christmas delivery I think for me to now return recorded delivery at my cost just gets ridiculous

I ordered 2 hand/footprint necklaces which arrived in good time for my daughters birthday. Very easy to order and upload the prints. My daughter was very pleased, the necklaces were very pretty.

Was overjoyed when I recieved my hand on heart order, was better then expected and truly happy with the overall finish of it. Hand on hearts communication was brilliant keeping me up to date with with each part of the process and uploading the handprints was so easy and quick. Would definitely recommend.
