I cannot praise this company highly enough. My experience was not without issue , but this was entirely the fault of the post office and Royal Mail who are incompetent and lack compassion. I sent my mum’s ashes sample on 16/5/24 the mail service lost them and they remain lost to date Hand on heart dealt with the whole painful situation with complete decency and were so kind and helpful. They offered a refund or for me to send more ashes , In my own time. I chose to send some more by special delivery ( obviously I should urge anyone reading this to do so too) rather than by tracked 48 which is included with the “kit” you receive to collect the ashes. All the packaging, everything, is really high quality and respectful. The team ensured my ring was ready for my mum’s anniversary of when she died; I received it this morning and her “day” is in two days. I am so touched by this company’s kindness, and their communication with me was faultless throughout. I took a lot of time to ensure I got the right size; it was “L” on the sizer but the team said the style of ring I was going for, you usually size up , and “m” fits perfectly; the engraving is as asked for too. thank-you especially Charlotte and Hannah. The ring means so much to me

Recently lost my dad and he always wanted to walk my daughter down the aisle. This way he was still able to. Easy ordering, quick delivery and loved the personal touch of having a photo. Highly recommend

We recently lost our beloved beautiful dog Ollie!
I found Hand On Heart Jewellery on the internet and I sent off for a package to start the whole process which come really quickly. They treated our dogs ashes with the upmost compassion, care and love! The ashes they didn't need they sent back to us everything was all tracked there and back! The necklace is beautiful - Donna at Hand On Heart has really done a fantastic job! Communication was on point emails to let me know every stage of the process and when my necklace had been posted.

I lost my mam recently and decided I wanted her ashes made into a necklace,after scrolling through loads of websites,I found hand on heart company looked through there products I found what I was looking for so easy to order on line ,and they kept you inform every step of the way by emails and txt messages ,I am over the moon with the products I ordered ,beautiful packaging,and quality,and would like to say thank you to Donna who made my products so perfect beautiful ,and they arrived by the date they said they would ,I would recommend you consider using hand on heart,for your loved ones ashes or hair, I wish I could add a photo 🥰❤️

I have had a couple of pieces of jewelry made by Hand on Heart. Their caring team treat the customer and precious ashes with the upmost respect. Communication from enquiry to delivery is fantastic. Highly recommended.

From the very start of the process Hand on Heart were fantastic. I was a little nervous sending off the ashes however they provided secure labelled packaging and confirmed as soon as they received them. They kept me updated throughout and my ring was ready when they estimated it would be.

I can't thank them enough as the ring is absolutely beautiful. The packaging was a lovely touch too.

Please take notice,don't order with this company they made a mistake on a ring ,you can not afford to make mistakes on precious ashes,they also made another one without even getting authorisation.
There attitude was very appalling,even the MD wouldn't speak to me only by email,never trust a company that has no contact telephone number.

What a beautiful and kind company this is. I ordered two of the rectangular cremation pendants, and they are absolutely stunning. One of the pieces didn’t come out as planned, so they made me another free of charge and sent me all three along with the remaining ashes, and every piece is truly stunning. Customer service were extremely gentle and kind, and always quick to respond. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so much xxx

After 14 years of love and affection my beautiful chihuahua Zina died suddenly. Hand on Heart used some of her ashes to form a beautiful azure crystal substance which they used as the gemstone infill of a silver ring. The result is an outstanding piece of jewellery which i am proud to own and wear.
