The rings I ordered are really beautifully crafted and perfect in every way .
The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars was because I ordered gold the lead time ended up at 13 weeks!
The website states much less (6 /8 weeks) I wasn't kept informed and had to chase for updates :(

Beautiful Jewellery and great customer service

The ring I ordered is beautiful, much thicker and more substantial than it appeared in the photos. Also the service was great. I was worried that it wouldn't arrive in time because it was a present. I phoned up because it hadn't arrived and spoke to a lovely lady who said she would do everything she could to ensure it got there for the next day and it did. I was so pleased and thanks to this lady for doing this.

Loved my jewellery that was done with my husband's ashes. The ring that I ordered was out of stock but they made the necklace and sent that out so I had something. Once the ring came back into stock, it was only a couple of days before it arrived. Fantastic customer service and would recommend.

Ordering was super easy. There was a delay in making the locket as it was initially out of stock, however, when I chased it they were very apologetic. It is a beautiful piece of jewellery & I would recommend the company to anyone.

I lost both my grandparents months apart from each other (November *25 & January *26) I miss them every day! Its been so hard not being able to see or talk to them, but having this ring (that was lovingly made by Sophie) has helped with that a little. Its like they are holding my hand or standing by my side. They were always there for everything in my life, now its like they still are. Thank you so much for the time and energy you put into this beautiful ring (which my grandma would have loved and is my grandad favourite colour) its the perfect memorial to them ❤️

Although the jewellery is lovely it took 12wks to arrive not the stated 6/8wks in the brochure and online - poor communication felt like I was chasing the order all the time

Absolutely lovely my jewellery I had made, it took a bit longer than I expected, however Everwith always responded to my emails with the progress of high really helped put my mind at rest and keep me informed! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for memorial jewellery.

I absolutely love the ring that I ordered from Everwith. I was advised straight away that my selected size was out of stock and was given an estimated lead time.
My order arrived within that timescale and I felt that when ordering something so personal the matter of waiting a few weeks was not an issue at all.

Seemed a long time coming but was worth the wait.

I made a mistake when sending my mums ashes so I contacted them explaining what I did wrong and they was so helpful and sorted everything out and the ring is perfect and beautiful

I had to wait 2 months for my ring to arrive due to not having my size at the time of ordering. However, when it arrived it was well worth the wait. Many people, including complete strangers have commented on it, unaware that its a memorial ring, they couldn't believe how elegant it looked and were really surprised when I told them what the flakes inside were.
