Called first thing in the morning after finding I had no heating and hot water. Engineer on site witin 25 minutes and had everything back up and running in no time. Polite and professional. Definitely use this company again.

Dylan and his team came to move my boiler to the loft and did an amazing job. The team were very friendly and showed me at the end of day 1 what they’d done. On day 2 I wasn’t at home so they sent me a video of everything they’ve done and it looks great! They’ve done such a good job in 2 days and I’m very happy with it. I appreciate all the work they’ve done. We will definitely be using them again and I’ve already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you Dylan!

Fantastic company cannot recommend more! They installed gas central heating for us at a previous home that was just electric. They truly went above and beyond to do everything as quickly as possible as it was winter and we had a baby. They worked really long days to get it all done asap. They worked really cleanly and were always friendly and helpful. It’s clear they are exceedingly knowledgeable about installation and had great advice where to put the radiators to warm the unusual house layout well and also so that most of the pipes were hidden. Great value. I now always use them for services and they are a very fair price, punctual and tidy - you really can’t ask for more. On my recommendation my parents have also used them to replace a boiler and they were really impressed with the excellent service as the guys even done it on a Saturday so it could all be done as quickly as possible.

As a woman living alone, I have unfortunately been ripped off several times over the last few years when having work done in my home. So I was apprehensive when it came to the time of needing a new boiler and radiators. Working with Dylan at Hampshire Home Choice has been a breath of fresh air and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is extremely quick to respond to messages, gave me a time that he would quote by, and did so. He provided great advice on what I actually needed and what would work in my home, and provided four quotes so I could see how each option worked with my budget. Despite being overseas on holiday he still confirmed my acceptance. He was able to carry the work out earlier than originally planned. Communication is excellent. The work I had done was over two full days and both Dylan and Olly were a pleasure to have in the house - they let me know exactly what was going on, dealt with a couple of issues quickly as they arose and the job was finished on time and to a high standard. They were extremely tidy and respectful and I am more than happy with the result - my house is so much warmer. I will be using them for all my boiler service requirements going forwards and will happily recommend them to anyone I know.

Fantastic service from beginning to end, I phoned in the morning as my boiler wasn’t working and by that evening I’d had a engineer round who needed 3 new parts for our boiler, he had all those parts on the van so I had a working boiler by the evening. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends and will definitely be using this company from now on.

Lovely guys. Very polite and professional. I had an issue with a leaky pipe and they were able to fit me in the next day. They came on time and done the job that was needed. They were unsure if more needed to be replaced and brought the parts just in case (and they could’ve done more work and charged me a lot more) but it wasn’t needed so they kept to the cheaper option which I’m extremely thankful for. Such trustworthy guys. I will definitely use them for any future work and recommend to everyone.

Had an emergency lack of hot water on the day we moved into our new house. Dylan responded within a couple of hours and stayed until he had identified and rectified the problem. Excellent service and highly recommend HHS.

Dylan is reliable and efficient, we have struggled in the past to find a competent tradesperson to turn up to complete work for us but Dylan is always quick to offer an appointment and knowledgeable in all he does.
