Excellent service as always from blue flame

Overall service prompt, reliable and competitive considering the works we had. After an initial consultation with a large well known heating engineering business, we were advised that we would need to invest in a significant amount of reconfiguration works as part of a replacement boiler fit out which we were struggling to comprehend. Blue Flame Gas Solutions were recommended to us for a second opinion and after the initial consultation we never looked back.
Garry and the team were extremely knowledgeable with our existing system brand, were able to advise on the best replacement system that was fit for purpose and were able to clearly articulate the reasons why we didn’t need to invest unnecessary reconfiguration works in addition to the replacement boiler.
Communication with the business was easy and we were fully kept up to date every step of the way. Back office arrangements are second to none for a small business. Installation with the engineering team was engaging and all workmanship was clean and tidy. We were provided with full instructions and a thorough handover of everything before leaving us. Even after installation when we had some technical issues with the wireless smart thermostat, the business were very accommodating and quick to respond with switching us over to a hard wired thermostat to resolve. Cannot fault this business if you’re looking for a local and efficient heating engineering business with competitive rates. Garry came out and gave a good quote 24 hours after filling in the web form following a complete boiler failure. He went above and beyond to fit a new install in within 48 hrs with John completing the not straightforward job in a day. Excellent fitting of a new Gas boiler, thoughtful engineer, clean and tidy in his work. Boiler works great. Messy pipework around old boiler rerouted so it looks neat. Estimate matched the cost of the boiler replacement. Garry explained how to use boiler to keep house warm and cosy at the least cost.

Gary was great throughout. As a local firm it was easier to get personal recommendations from family and friends who have also used Gary. From the initial visit to price up for the job which was a new boiler in the loft to the end when he personally visited to check all was good and we were happy. The quote was detailed and he had a date for the job which he kept to (unlike some others). Sol who did the work was fantastic, he just got on with the job. No fuss no mess and very neat job. Lovely bloke, Price was good too!
All in all a very easy from start to finish and a lovely new boiler just in time for winter.

Blue Flame carried out a recent boiler installation at my home. Their work was exemplary from start to finish. Garry acted quickly to provide a fair and detailed quotation for the work and Sol installed the boiler with skill. One small problem with a Hive hub was rapidly remedied.

Just an update had a slight problem with one of my rads got intouch had it fixed immediately after I phoned excellent customer service 👍

My 97 year old mum and dad just had a new Worcester boiler fitted by blue flame. The service was excellent. The price was good and fitting was done within days of ordering. The person who fitted the boiler was polite, courteous, quiet and thorough. We highly recommend this firm.

Just had a boiler service with Blue Flame. Excellent responsiveness and a clean and tidy job. Had the certification by email immediately the service was completed.

I contacted this company when my previous Service Engineer retired. I am so pleased with this Company as I was given a time of his visit and he was prompt. He did a complete Service including cleaning the Magnetic Filter. Then checked that all my radiators were working as well as the hot water. I have recommended him to a friend now.
