Roman Boilers Ltd. Omdömen

Very professional and accommodating from start to finish

Roman Boilers (RB) came strongly recommended to us by friends for replacing our existing ancient residential boiler. RB were quick to respond to our query, their invoice was in the expected ballpark and we added a couple of extras jobs including replacing some old radiators. RB were timely, efficient & their communication was always friendly yet professional throughout. All work surfaces were protected and the job ran ahead of schedule. Our home is noticeable warmer, the tap water hotter and the shower pressure greater. Happy days. The work has only just been completed and so we need to follow up on the registration of the boiler itself and witness the RB 'refer a friend' scheme.

Chris was fantastic from start to finish, the boiler is great and very neat pipework, we are so happy we choice Roman boilers.
Very reasonable pricing and left the house immaculate.
Thanks again Chris

Great communication, accommodating, friendly and polite and excellent workmanship, tidy etc 👍

As ever very pleasant technician who knows his stuff.

Chris did a superb job replacing and installing a new gas main in my property. He’s a genuinely nice guy, very professional, and reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy gas safe engineer. I’ll definitely be having Chris back in the next few months to install my new boiler.

Chris was friendly professional and helpful, he installed our new boiler, 7 new radiator thermostats, and a hive hub, for a fair price.
He protected our carpets and cleared up everything before he left. I have no hesitation in recommending him / Roman boilers, and indeed have already done so.

Chris fitted a new combi boiler and removed our old hot water tank. Communication was excellent throughout. They were neat and tidy, work was done efficiently and completed on time.

ON TIME, EASY TO DEAL WITH, GOOD PRICE, 100% TRUSTWORTHY

A very professional company to deal with. Great communication throughout. Having a broken boiler can be a potentially stressfull experience. But we were reassured it would be replaced within an allotted time and it was. The work was completed efficiently and undertaken to a very high standard with quality products. I would definitely recommend Roman boilers to friends and family and anyone who has a boiler issue. Thanks

Chris was very professional, polite and priced up the job fairly. Chris run a new gas line to accomodate a gas cooker in my kitchen and the job he has done was very tidy and the quality was superb. I'm definitely recommend Roman Boilers, and I will call them regularly to service my boiler.

Chris was amazing from start to finish. Complete professional, wonderful work, fast but pays close attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

All round great communication. Did what they promised to do. Excellent service, honest and great people. Highly recommend.

Great service, a reasonable price and I felt looked after by Chris. The job I needed doing was pending for several weeks/months and I wasn’t given up on which I’m very grateful for. The job ended up being carried out differently than planned meaning slightly less work needed to take place, and the quote was lowered accordingly. Would recommend and will certainly use again!

Roman Boilers were great from start to finish. They fitted me in at short notice, done all the work really efficiently and tidy. I was really impressed with Chris and his team! I would highly recommend!

Brillent Service. Used many time and always finished to perfection. A big 5*. Highly recommended. For all plumbing, boiler installs, central heating and new fits for bathrooms there is no one better.

Four radiators fitted. floors all covered, radiators all fitted, system refilled, radiators all checked and checked again. excellent service {as usual}. Very pleased.
