Huge shout out to Pete & Chelsea for helping me out with my incorrect order, last thing on a Friday afternoon no less!
Customer service from Restorate was above and beyond. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, selling top quality products with overnight delivery from a reliable courier, competitive prices and a very clean and organised shop too!
I bought 2 Mirka sanders and an M-class extractor in a bundle. I couldn’t be happier with the quality, as you’d expect from Mirka, plus the 3 year warranty.

Order never arrived
Placed an next day delivery order and didn't received anything after 3 days , I gave them a call and the said i will have it in next 2-3 days guarantee.
After 3 days called back and they still didn't know when I was gonna get my order , so I had to cancel it and order somewhere else!!!

FAKE CUPRINOL
FAKE CUPRINOL
I use Cuprinol every year to paint my deck and fences I admit I was attracted by the price of £12.95 per 1L Tin, therefore I proceeded to purchase 4 tins, 1 tin Beach Blue and 3 tins of Sunny Lime a colour I had not seen before!
They arrived and on closer inspection the Cuprinol labels are clearly not right and stuck on the front of the 4 tins are white labels covering over where the pant name and colour should be. Underneath the words ‘MATT’ MEDIUM BASE Paint Mixing. I compared the tins received with a tin I had left over from last year these Cuprinol labels are not right either! I asked a good friend of mine to test the paint and his conclusion sadly is that I have been had.
I am extremely angry and want to highlight this to others as money in this particular day and age is very precious indeed. I have left a voicemail and explained exactly as I have explained my plight here and I have asked for a full refund. They are at liberty to come and collect there stash of fake paint I will be more than happy to hand it back to them after I have a FULL refund less delivery I am so therefore I will be expecting £51.68, should this not be forthcoming I will escalate this with my colleague who deals with issue of this nature! At 17.18 pm this afternoon I received a voicemail from the MD explaining in length some word salad excuse about the company and the products, which again is his prerogative by definition! As a customer I thought I was buying Cuprinol not a paint and colour that had been mixed to represent it, if so I could have bought this type of item from B&Q………… In short I reiterate my point, as a Customer I did not receive the item I thought I was purchasing and would like my money refunded in a timely manner, the goods are here waiting for collection, please get in touch and we can concluded my disgruntled issue with Restorate in an instant!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the use of Dulux/Cuprinol's paint mixing machine confusing. As you are clearly distressed by this we have refunded you in full to prevent any further upset.
We are an official distributor of AkzoNobel who manufacture the Cuprinol, Dulux and Hammerite paints. We use their paint mixing machine for smaller tins of Cuprinol in the winter period to ensure the paint is mixed fresh for every order, rather than being sat on the shelf for 6 months. The base for the paint, the colourant and the mixing machine all is provided by Akzonobel. Hence, this is 100% genuine Cuprinol Paint.
