Dylan and his colleagues worked hard non stop all day for two days, very prompt and punctual.
Also Dylan went up and beyond to do a couple of more things for me when I had a bit of an emergency! Highly recommend 5 star ⭐️

What a refreshing experience, having had my enquiries ignored by several other local gas engineers over the past fortnight, my faith has been restored.
My initial contact was made via the excellent website, and a response was quickly received, I was able to book from a choice of available times for the following day which saved me from having to wait home all day, which up until now has been my usual experience with other companies.
Dylan arrived promptly for the appointment and was professional and courteous throughout, he was able to quickly identify and remedy a number of faults and carried out additional safety checks, providing plenty of useful advice along the way.

My first time using this company . Dylan came around within a couple of hours when my boiler stopped working during a very cold spell . He had to visit twice , first visit the boiler seemed to be working again but stopped again shortly afterwards. Dylan came straight back out and got the boiler working again . He’s very polite and friendly . I will use again and recommend.

Dylan was prompt and thorough during his visit to service a boiler. Very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.

Dylan has serviced my boiler twice now, both times being efficient and tidy in his work. The recent visit was to replace a leaking diverter valve.
