Non delivery, non communication

The parcel is now 7 days past expected delivery date. I’ve rung them and was told it would be delivered by 6pm 18/12. I’ve emailed them and got no response. I’ve rung the delivery company for the tracking number and they’ve not received the parcel for delivery. I’ve asked for a refund, I’ve asked for proof of delivery. I’ve received nothing but disappointment.

Do not order from them - Very Poor customer service

Do not order - really bad Customer Service if anything goes wrong - If I could offer a negative score I would.
We ordered a Childs Hamper for a sensitive time of the year, the parcel was labeled correctly, but the gift was for a 40-year-old male. When contacted to try and resolve - "Brian" would only action if an email was sent - this was sent, we then followed up by call and email, and this is still not resolved. Mistakes happen but you can't just take money and then not resolve an issue your dispatch department caused.

Late delivery, overpriced, and zero communication

I’m sharing this because my experience with Hampers Galore has been a complete letdown. I placed my order on Sunday, and it didn't arrive until Wednesday—and even then, it only showed up because I had to spend time chasing it up myself. For a gift-based service, you'd expect much more efficiency.

To make matters worse, I used their "1XMAS" Christmas deal ($19.95 value), but the item was missing from the box. If they ran out of stock, they should have told me instead of just ignoring it. I have emailed them twice to try and fix this, but they haven't bothered to reply to either message.

Overall, the hampers are also very overpriced for what you get. The items are small and the value is poor. Between the late delivery, the missing items, and the non-existent customer service, I won't be back. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

The delivery address was unoccupied at time of delivery…

The delivery address was unoccupied at the time of delivery. Made a request to deliver the hamper directly to the sender who would then contact the receiver and personally deliver. Have never heard another thing from them, even rang them and did not get anywhere. They have kept the money paid for the hamper but no hamper!!

Great quality selection of goodies

Very happy with the products and quality. Unfortunately the message I had written on the card was left blank and my brother and sister in-law were unaware the gift was from me, but they did appreciate it and enjoyed all the goodies in the hamper. Great selection of very nice quality treats.

FELT LIKE A BIG SCAM

I just wish I could give negative stars. There are no words to describe how bad my experience was. Felt like I was part of a well oiled scam. No delivery no answers and no recourse. Stay far away from this company. Be prepared to lose your money and get no delivery.

Lies lies no response horbile

I ordered a hamper with this company on December the 4th requested express delivery their website clearly promotes next day delivery australia-wide so I contacted the company I was sending the parcel to and told the management there was a nice gift on its way well it never bloody arrived it and I look like a right dickhesd never in my life have I been so freaking embarrassed it's now late Monday afternoon here in New Zealand the eighth of December my item still hasn't been delivered it's still with the courier I've emailed the company numerous times they haven't even bothered to respond I called and left a voice message they haven't returned my calls they obviously are dodgy scamming snakes and I am furious absolutely furious let's not like the hamper was cheap it was over $100 which is a lot of money to me still don't know where it is or what's going on as no contact from company. The website is false in misleading and I will be contacting the Australian better business bureau as its false advertising it clearly states next day delivery Australian wide that's why I bought it and I paid express delivery stay away from this company they cannot be trusted they do not respond to emails and they do not return phone calls biggest disappointment and waste of money and my entire life avoid at all costs

SO finally received an email from the hamper company apologizing and offering to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I just want my order delivered but I do feel for all the stress that's being caused and the delays and miss delivery deadline that we should be given a 50% discount on the order or even better a full refund but still deliver the goods that the company are waiting for that I ordered and paid for. Apparently the blame lies with the courier company NELWAY COURIERS. They failed to deliver on time and from what my email said the hamper company has been trying to contact them and they failed to return or answer their calls I've also left messages for them and they fail to contact me. So as far as I can tell it's not hampers galore's fault but as they are the business that I'm paying it falls on them sadly they need to obviously Fire The courier company or seek compensation from them and look at maybe updating their website and removing all the advertising that says next day delivery Australia wide I don't know we'll see what they come back with and I will update accordingly and based on their response will keep review as is or will give them more stars and update based on how they respond

Delivery

According the website, the parcel would arrived the next business day after the weekend. Order was placed on Saturday, 29/11/2025. The tracking app states that the parcel was to arrived on 03/12/2025, hamper still have not arrived and the tracking app has not been updated - so unsure what is happening with the hamper. No updates have been provided.
Very disappointed.

Dodgy. Downgrading items in hamper. Scam.

I ordered a 700ml bottle of single Malt. What was delivered was a 500ml Blend. When I complained, they went silent, no response. Very dodgy. Don't trust them.
