Extremely disappointing experience — received empty package and no help

My boyfriend ordered a watch from this company for around $1,200. When the package arrived, the box contained no watch and not even a watch box — it was essentially empty. We were shocked and immediately contacted customer service.

Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they refused to help us and did not seem to believe our claim. We explained the situation clearly, but they maintained that the package was delivered and would not offer a replacement, refund, or meaningful investigation.

This has been incredibly frustrating, especially given the price of the item. Spending this amount of money and receiving an empty package, only to be told there is nothing they can do, is unacceptable. We are currently disputing the matter because we feel we were left with no other option.

Based on this experience, I would be very cautious ordering directly from this company. Customer support was unhelpful, and we felt completely dismissed. Worst customer service ever. They are a scam!

Sono cliente Hamilton nel 2005 ho acquistato in negozio autorizzato un Crono Khaki Aviator automatico mov. 7553 (allora affidabilissimo lo è tutt’ora) spendendo oltre 1000 euro, una bella cifra a quei tempi. Nel dicembre 2015 l’orologio perfettamente funzionante, comincia a prendere oltre 10 minuti all’ora in avanti. Il giorno 8 gennaio 2026 porto il mio Hamilton in negozio Autorizzato in Gaeta prov. Assistenza Ufficiale. Mi viene restituito dopo 40 giorni dal negoziante come “NON REPARABILE MODELLO VINTAGE” non hanno pezzi di ricambio…chiedo se posso avere sconto o promozione su uno nuovo (Programma Fedeltà sic. sul sito Uff.) …non ne sanno niente spiacenti. Chiamo Hamilton Italia e confermano sconto su nuovo 30% presso negozio in Gaeta verrò contattato. NON MI HA CHIAMATO MAI NESSUNO …Morale….ho affidato il mio vecchio Hamilton a fidato Orologiaio Artigiano che mi assicura la riparazione come nuovo e consegna tra 10 giorni costo circa 280/300 euro. Visto che per Hamilton era da buttare….meditate gente meditate prima di comprare un Hamilton.

Eine Seite die zwar tolle Uhren hat aber absolut unfähig ist "einzuschätzen" wie ein Ansturm Weltweit aussieht, in dem Falle Resident Evil 9, da kann man nur hart mit dem Kopf schütteln wie unfähig man dort gewesen ist, daher niemals mehr bei dieser Seite einkaufen und einfach woanders sein Geld reinstecken da diese Seite absolut unfähig ist einen kauf unter Seitenlast abzuschließen (Pc seitig war sie down und auf dem Handy ging sie dann wunderweiße dann doch, komisch oder?)

Ho acquistato un hamilton khaki field mechanical ad agosto 2025...e dopo un mese il cinturino e la fibia presentavano lacerazioni...l'orologio lo uso solo nei week end e non ha mai toccato l'acqua...deludente anche l'assistenza

J'ai acheté une montre Hamilton en date en juillet 2025, j'ai parfaitement respecté les règles d'usage. Il s'avère que la montre était garantie avec une étanchéité de 5 bar. J'ai juste gardé la montre pour me laver les mains. Aujourd'hui la montre en fonctionne pas alors qu'elle a trois mois d'usage et ils voudraient me faire répa
yer la prix de la montre en réparation. Des vrais éscros

Very poor customer/marketing service. Weeks have passed since my first emails, and despite several further attempts and reminders, at the time of writing, I still haven't heard anything back from the appropriate team. Silent treatment. One of the worse customer service I had ever experienced, and by reading at other reviews, I am not the first and only one. I would be very careful before buying any of their products, as you might end up in the same situation in case you are experiencing any issues.

Montre Khaki Field Quartz Black de 2023. Qualité très médiocre. Montre non étanche. L'étanchéité jusqu’à 5 bar (50m) sur le site correspond (selon le SAV) à une résistance aux éclaboussures et au lavage des mains, mais non à une immersion. Ne résiste pas à une douche ou à un saut dans une piscine. Bref, à fuir de toute urgence

Lacking on a few points. The biggest is accuracy, got serviced after purchase as it was about +15sec and after it was still +11 sec. Compared to other watches I own in this price range it falls short. Lack of anti reflective coating is another drawback. Looks beautiful and feels nice but lacking in these 2 areas. All in all would probably not buy another

Ho ordinato un "Cooper" (orologio automatico da più di mille euro) per una ricorrenza: è arrivato con due granelli di polvere sotto il vetro. Sono rientrato apposta dalle ferie per rispedirlo indietro affinchè il nuovo esemplare arrivasse in tempo ma anche quest’ultimo è arrivato con un granello di polvere sotto il vetro.
Vi sembra accettabile che un brand Swiss Made commetta questi errori di controllo qualità? Ridicolo inoltre che in occasione del secondo invio a fronte di un evento a detta dell’azienda eccezionale (“non ci era mai capitato”) non venga nemmeno controllato il secondo esemplare prima di spedirlo. Semplicemente ridicolo.
Di un codice sconto a fronte degli evidenti disagi subiti non se ne parla nemmeno. Alla mia ulteriore richiesta di ricevere quantomeno un’estensione di garanzia l’azienda è sparita.
Mai vista una gestione così amatoriale di una problematica su un e-commerce. Siete Hamilton o l’orologiaio di paese?

I ordered a new hamilton watch strap online and somehow was charged for two watch straps so an hour later hen i realized this I called customer service and they refused to cancel my order. I'll never buy anything from this company again!!!

I bought a watch a few year ago from them! and this year i got mugged in spain and had my watch stolen! i contacted Scott Kaplan directly and he refused to help me with the Serial Number from the watch! i had lost my original receipt! Will never buy from them again! childern

I recently bought a watch, and I’m really happy with the design and quality. The watch looks stylish, feels solid, and works very well. You can tell it's made with care and attention to detail.

The ordering process on their website was smooth, and the packaging was beautiful. Shipping was on time too.

The only downside is that some of their models can be a bit expensive, especially if you're on a budget. But if you're looking for a reliable and well-made watch that also looks great, Hamilton is a good choice.

Bought the watch ( Khaki mechanical ) 2 weeks ago and it hasn't lost 1 second, I'm amazed.

Meine Converter musste ich nach Neukauf,2x einschicken wegen Werkdefekt.
Müsste nicht sein diese Umtriebe.
Aber Garantieleistungen wurden prompt erledigt.

Assistenza Hamilton una garanzia dal ritiro alla riconsegna

Due anni fa ho acquistato un orologio Hamilton pilot ho fatto un piccolo graffio sul vetro, sono andato in negozio per acquistarne uno originale e mi vien detto che l' orologio va spedito alla hamilton dopo di che loro decideranno il da farsi e mi faranno saper i costi, il tutto in 2 mesi abbondanti. Io volevo solo un vetro originale e farmelo cambiare dal mio orologiaio semplice no? Impossibile!!! Mi tengo il graffio e non spedisco l' orologio e non acquisterò più un hamilton Livio Cosulich.

Sehr gute Uhren, tolle Qualität und vor allem gute Designs. Ich hatte nie Probleme und die Uhren laufen nun Jahre später noch sehr gut.

Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Montres de mauvaise qualité, SAV nul et hors de prix :
- Après moins d'un an, la lunette tournante ne tournait plus. Après un passage au SAV où ils ont changé le boîtier, la lunette tournait à nouveau mais difficilement.
- Quelques années plus tard, le cadran s'est mis à tourner tout seul alors que la montre était posée sur une table. La montre n'a pourtant jamais eu de choc important et est dans un état proche du neuf alors que je la porte tout les jours.
Passage au SAV où on me fait un devis à 760€ pour remplacement du boîtier et du mouvement complet....sic!
Pour une montre qui vaut 800-900€ neuve, c'est scandaleux de facturer aussi cher.
A noter que le mouvement H-10 coûte largement moins cher que les 330€ qu'ils facturent, ils pourraient donc proposer des réparations plus abordables.
Leur but est clairement de pousser à jeter l'ancienne montre pour en acheter une neuve, mais me concernant, ça ne sera plus jamais une Hamilton !

Ich habe mir eine Jazzmaster von Hamilton gekauft und bin damit sehr glücklich. Das Design ist unfassbar schön, unaufdringlich, elegant und trotzdem luxuriös. Die Qualität der Uhr ist beeindruckend und spielt locker in der Liga von Tissot und Certina mit.
