Had a small issue with an order but the problem was resolved quickly with no issues at all and the customer service I received was brilliant, super fast at responding and really helpful! I Received a new phone case through fast 24 hour delivery.

Ordered two phone cases on 4th December and was given next day delivery. Still awaiting for them to be delivered, appears to be an issue with Evri! Have been in contact with customer services several times and responses are slow. They are supposedly meant to be issuing replacement last Saturday however 3 days later still waiting to be given new tracking number or products to be delivered. This is my 5th order with them and have always used HairyWorm for iPad cases etc but certainly won’t be a returning customer again as its becoming very stressful trying to get two Christmas presents delivered that were ordered at begining of December!

Orders personalised mat. Product description says the mat is suitable for indoor or sheltered use.
We put mat outside our front door under cover. The mat has changed colour almost completely, sheds every fibre and we’ve had to throw away after a week as the quality is so poor.

Ordered a personalised phone case which arrived in good time. However, the image had been expanded from my online design / order so that the stitching went through the image. I emailed the company on the same day it arrived to request a refund (and for a returns label if they want the case back), but over 3 working days later there has been no response. A poor product and poor customer service on this occasion. This is the second time this has happened with this company (the image not being printed as per the design) - the first time, a few years ago now, they did resolve the issue to my satisfaction by sending out a second case, printed correctly.

Order confirmed on Thursday last week 14th… since then no contact. Item not shipped…but payment taken on the 14th… very disappointing… please contact me for a full refund. Alternatively I will contact my bank.

I had inadvertantly ordered the wrong size case, I contacted Hairyworm and was told to return the case and to give the reference number on the back of the device. I did so and they notified me quickly that a correct sized replacement was on its way. Both times delivery was reasonably quick, the customer service was quick and efficient and the item itself (hedgehog pattern) is absolutely delightful and very well made. So extremely happy with everything and will definitely purchase from the again. 10\10
