Excellent Customer Service
I have been a long-time customer of HairMax. Recently, I had an issue with a laser device that needed to be resolved. I commend Josh and Carlos for taking the time to resolve the technical issue promptly and professionally. Other than the slow delivery over the holiday by UPS things are going well. I just have to be patient as Rome wasn’t built in a day also applies to hair. I had the 9 laser comb till the battery started to fade. I switched and bought the laser band 82. I like it a lot better. With the comb you had to physically use it for 11 minutes but the band just slides on and hit the button and just wait for the noise and slide it back. I usually go over the scalp 4-5 times then wait 2 days and do it again. Takes very little time it seems. When done it feels like your scalp is breathing. The shampoo and conditioner seems to add more body to my hair.

Just bought the device and started using! Loved that it’s a good alternative to expensive in-office treatments. Only complaint was it took awhile to ship but it did get here eventually.

I needed a replacement part for my laser cap. I am 84, and often need extra time. The agent was patient and polite, double checking to make sure I was ordering the right part. (By the way, my hair looks great.)

Great customer service
I purchased a Laserband 82 with a bundle that included a bunch of products. When I opened the box, I noticed the bundle was short a couple of items, so I reached out to customer service. Andrea was extremely helpful and put an order in immediately for the shorted items. That is top notch customer service! This laserband was purchased as a gift. I have one of my own that I've used for several years and am very pleased with the results I've seen. Hairmax is a great company with excellent products!

My HairMax device stopped working and…
My HairMax device stopped working and it was past the 1 year mark. Spoke with Carlos and he was able to help me in shipping a new power controller. Hopefully this remedies the issue I'm having. Beyond that Carlos was a pleasure to work with and a roll-model for all customer service workers.

Incredible customer service…
I ordered a hairmax product for myself and a gift for a friend for Christmas. I had paid for express shipping to make sure it was here in time for the holiday. Unfortunately I didn't receive it. I reached out to customer service & Andrea I. was amazing. She not only refunded my shipping cost but resent the products immediately so that I could still give my friend her gift. Please note that Hairmax laser devices have a 93% success rate—the highest in the market—with over 25 years of experience helping hundreds of thousands of clients achieve healthier hair and a fuller appearance. That said, there are several variables that can affect results, including medications, stress levels, and overall health. Additionally, hair follicles that are already inactive or no longer viable will unfortunately not benefit from laser therapy.

We also recommend consulting with a trichologist, who can help determine the underlying reasons why laser therapy may not have been effective in your case.

I returned my product within the 6 month time frame but didn't receive my refund. After a few weeks of waiting I called and talked to Carlos. He took the time to investigate the issue and call me back, letting me know that a check would be issued right away. He was very friendly and didn't waste any time. Thank you!
