Service was great from the booking to the destination. Van was a great size too; even had more than enough space. Both the staff that assisted me were great and the driver was amazing, polite and friendly. Communication was great; I was given all the information required and just the overall service was too notch. Would definitely DEFINITELY recommend using.

The removal went well at 1st so I gave them a £100 extra as a tip. Only to find out they left my tumble dryer, hoover iron board and boxes that were In cupboard that were open to access.
I wouldn’t recommend. Not even an apology. It’s not like I can travel back 500 miles to get the items left.

Brilliant moving company, requested a full packing service to move my 5 bedroom house from London to Leeds and they did the most amazing job! Professional movers from start to finish, great communication, handled all items with great care and on time!

Me and my partner recently moved and decided to use G moves as we had seen brilliant reviews and everything looked great and professional until the day we moved.

The day we moved we had booked 8am x2 guys and 1st guy turned up at 8.30 being half an hour late and the second guy turned up an hour late.

Anyway when everyone was finally there they moved all our furniture VERY SLOWLY, as we are paying by the hour, they was taking x2 boxes at a time from the 12th floor to the ground instead of filling the lift up all in one go and doing fewer trips!!

Before even booking I called the company and spoke to a guy called GEORGE and let him know as we only booked them for 3 hours that we needed to move quickly because that day there was a game on at Wembley Park (where we recently moved) and the road would of been closed, he said no worries we have 2 men and we will be at Wembley way before 11am..

On the day they were VERY SLOW and we got to Wembley at 1pm and they wouldn’t let us in the road, which I did tell them before.I waited out in the freezing cold with our new born puppy to watch the van as they told me to.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!! The 2nd guy who was helping on the day was eating whilst carrying our boxes and furniture! He was starting fights with the public!! And all together it took 7.5 hours to move 2 bed flat with 1 hour drive.

They charged us overtime and So many of our furniture is damaged!!! They sent us a message a week later demanding more money because they got a parking ticket!!
when I put in the complaint with the COMPANY OWNER GEORGE HE THREATENED TO TAKE ME COURT!!!! Over £60 parking ticket.. which they also received 14 days ago and decided to send us the ticket on the last day demanding money or court???!!!!!! Unprofessional and unacceptable!!

Don’t go with them.

Cheap but dreadful customer service.
They broke our Crystal mirror tv unit but we didn’t notice till after the driver left as they covered it up with a box. The driver admitted the accident but then the Gmoves through everything they could at us not to compensate or replace it and got quite aggressive towards us through WhatsApp. Now going through Courts to resolve. Not needed after such a stressful time already which comes with moving.
