This was my first purchase from GrowTropicals. The customer service is fantastic, delivery of the plants was speedy, the plants were expertly packaged to prevent transit damage and they arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the plants is excellent and great value for money. Communication from GrowTropicals was superb, they kept me informed of my order status and even offer after sales plant care advice. I will definitely be purchasing from them again, I highly recommend them.

I’ve purchased from Grow Tropicals before and have always been impressed by the quality of their plants; my latest experience has reinforced why I would happily buy from them again.

My recent order included an Alocasia Frydek Variegated, Monstera deliciosa Mint tissue culture, Alocasia Black Velvet Albo tissue culture and Monstera Bulbasaur tissue culture.

The Frydek was absolutely stunning. Beautiful variegation, a great size and plenty of healthy leaves. The Monstera Mint tissue culture was equally impressive, arriving with three leaves and a really healthy, established root system.

I did have concerns about the Black Velvet Albo, particularly the Bulbasaur, as the main root system had become detached before I removed it from the packaging.

I contacted Grow Tropicals with some photographs and received a very quick and helpful response. They took the time to look properly at my concerns, explained that the smaller root system on the Black Velvet Albo was normal, and even pointed out that it was already showing signs of producing a new leaf.

With the Bulbasaur, they immediately acknowledged the issue and offered to send a replacement without any unnecessary back-and-forth.

For me, this is exactly how good customer service should work. Plants, particularly tissue cultures, will not always arrive in perfect condition, but what matters is how a company responds when an issue arises. Grow Tropicals were responsive, knowledgeable, fair and genuinely helpful throughout.

Great quality plants combined with excellent aftercare and customer service. An easy 5 stars from me, and I will certainly be ordering from them again.

Excellent healthy plants at a great price with a fast delivery. Packaging was better than I thought it would be making due they wernt damaged during the shipping process either.

8 months later and I’ve had to throw away most of my plants from untreatable/irreversible damage.

This is a truly amazing company,ive placed 10 orders with them now and have never been disappointed even during the colder months my orders have arrived in perfect condition so if your looking for a company who will ensure you get top quality plants then look no further as here they are GrowTropicals.

At first it came late .But then when I got the plants out thay blow my socks off .You by some plants and when they come they don't look like on the Web page almost catfishes but not here stunning plants .And the staff sorted out the problem quick don't hesitate 👌 Curt

As soon as GrowTropicals appeared on my social media feed and I visited the website, I knew I wanted to place an order. My first purchase was a beautiful Begonia Inca Flame.
Delivery was quick, and the packaging was excellent—strong, secure and clearly put together with great care. Unfortunately, when I carefully unpacked the plant, I found that the Begonia was looking rather sorry for itself and wasn't in the condition I had been expecting.
Having read so many positive things about GrowTropicals, I felt confident that they would be just as disappointed with the plant's condition as I was. I sent a polite email with a few photographs, simply to let them know what had happened.
Their response was incredibly quick. They acknowledged that the plant hadn't arrived in the condition they would expect, apologised without hesitation and immediately offered a very fair resolution.
For me, this was never about trying to get a free plant. It was about letting a company I genuinely wanted to support know that something had gone wrong (no pun intended!). I believe businesses can only improve if customers are honest when things don't go to plan.
The original plant is now settling into its new home, and I'm hopeful that, with a little TLC, it will recover and become the beautiful specimen it deserves to be.
Would I buy from GrowTropicals again?
Absolutely.
In fact, I already have. My next order has been placed, and I look forward to adding even more wonderful plants to my collection.
Sometimes it's easy to judge a company when everything goes perfectly. I believe the real test is how they respond when something doesn't. Based on my experience, GrowTropicals passed that test with flying colours.

The new order has been recived and I'm glad to say evrything from start to finish has gone without a hitch and plants arrived as expected.

Great company! They always pack everything really well and have the plants thriving on arrival. They make sure never to send the plants during a heatwave and have a great range at a reasonable price too.

On the 5th August I spotted a photo of an Alocasia Venom on the GT Facebook page. It was already on my wish-list so I rushed to the website to have a look. They had one left. Mine!

It was a fairly small pot so I expected a fairly small plant... I'm a repeat customer, so I really should have known better! What I received was an absolute beauty with multiple leaves and in great condition.

Packaging was up to their usual standard - which would be pretty tough to improve on - and it was delivered next day.

Their follow-up is great too, and the staff are friendly and very responsive. Most importantly, the plants are clean. Bugs can get anywhere - if you grow plants you'll know that - but I've never had a problem and rarely buy from anywhere else now.

Perfect shopping experience! Plants all healthy. Quick service. Everything packed really well. Will definitely use again!

I love buying from here.. my wishlist just keeps growing along with my I now own list.
Just wish they were a little cheaper so I could buy more.
My order always arrive promptly and if there is an issue I am contact right away.
The website is easy to use and the plants are really good quality.
I love the fact that they offer rescue/imperfect boxes for the plants that would normally be left on the shelf. Sometimes that's been the only way I have been able to afford certain plants.

Honestly don't think you could do any better, it's honestly more the cost but that isn't something you can do much about. If I could give you 4.8 stars I would, it's just sometimes your prices are on the higher side compared to other sites. not the Rescue boxes mind that pricing is a nice mid point but the plants in general.

Plants were posted promptly, arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. Follow up query answered promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. My only constructive point is none of the ceramic outer pots were to my taste or I would have ordered these as well instead of going elsewhere.

The plant is beautiful delivered speedily and in excellent condition. Communication and help in looking after the plant was above and beyond these people obviously really care about the plants they grow and provide old fashioned customer service. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing! So many choice of gorgeous plants, placed my order it came in great time and in great condition! Absolutely amazed by the imperfect box got some amazing plants at such a cheap price! Beautiful plants arrived in good condition. I’m very happy. The only thing is Royal Mail can’t read “live plants, this way up”, and left the box in my porch upside down. Luckily packaged so well they weren’t damaged.
