Efficient service and good communication.

Very informative and answered all questions

Turnaround super quick would recommend

Really great experience with Gribbon & Pelham. They were quick to book in my survey, provided clear communication and followed up via phone call on the day of the survey to give a quick summary before the formal report being sent.

Following a recommendation from a fellow professional, the enquiry and resultant services provided by the company were flawless. Extremely efficient and coupled with friendly communicative skills. Overall a first class service.

All Satisfactory with extensive survey notes with recommendations.

Amazing service. Proffessional and efficient. Everyone I came in contact with were friendly and organised.

A very professional and prompt service. The survey report was very thorough and extremely helpful. The survey protected me by highlighting issues. All Staff involved were exceptionally helpful and excellent communication. Highly recommend.

The verbal update shortly after the survey was really valuable. It provided us with a better understanding of what to expect in the formal report and also reassure us about some of the findings.

Gibbon and Pelham were very helpful honest and l would recommend them to friends and family in the future once again thank you

Was easy and straightforward and a quick response back on the report

Customer service was excellent and report was in great detail and easy to understand.

Excellent communication and response time. Survey was completed as booked and sent out immediately.

We have had an excellent experience from start to finish. All staff are friendly, efficient and professional.
Tony is extremely thorough and also gave us additional advice which was really helpful. Thank you!

Friendly service and good communications through the process.

Super service! The search was very informative and thorough and having a call from the surveyor immediately after the visit was such a nice touch at easing our mind and allowing us to progress while the paperwork was written up (which was also speedy). Great communication and great service. Thank you!

I submitted an online request for a quote and was unsure if I needed level 2 or 3; with or without a survey… Sarah called me back and explained everything very clearly based on the information I gave her re the new house and helped me make an informed decision. Sarah and Rita were very clear and efficient in booking and providing reports and invoices etc.
Mr Gribbon did a very thorough survey and foresaw a very significant issue that we are now in the process of resolving with the owners, he explained everything clearly in a call prior to his final report. I recommend this company for their expertise, their professionalism and being readily available to help with questions etc.

I would highly recommend Gribbon & Pelham. They were really helpful, and we received the complete survey quickly. The survey was clear to read and highlighted the issues we needed to address.

Used Gribbon & Pelham to undertake a RICS Level 2 survey for a property we were buying. Their quote was more competitive than others we received and the survey was carried out promptly. The surveyor contacted us after the survey to highlight any issues. The full survey was promptly received, well detailed and highlighted issues that we should address in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending G&P.
