Gribbon and Pelham Chartered Surveyors Omdömen

From my initial inquiry and throughout, the staff have been efficient, informative and very helpful in carefully explaining the survey process.
Regarding any recommendations highlighted in the survey report, the company have also provided details of a local company, who are able to undertake all of the repair work .

Helpful survey received on time. Good communication both with surveyor himself and the office staff. Thanks very much.

I’ve always used Gribbon & Pelham, specifically,Tony as I wholeheartedly trust his judgement on properties I’ve bought over the years.
He is very professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Gribbon & Pelham and have never had any issues. Sarah and Rita who answer the emails and all my questions, are extremely helpful too. Thank you!

Exemplary experience from Gribbon and Pelham and would have no hesitation in recommending them

A highly professional and knowledgeable company and surveyor who met us on site, discussed the proposals and presented a detailed report within a week. The communication from both Rita and Tony was outstanding and Tony personally delivered by hand site documentation and the hard copy of our reports - ensuring that data safety was maintained.

Gribbon and Pelham Chartered Surveyors provided a thorough and professional service. The survey was completed promptly and the report was detailed, clear, and informative. Communication was excellent, with helpful explanations provided at each stage. Their expertise eased the process and addressed key issues efficiently. Highly recommended for reliable and professional surveys.

Great respect to Haden for selling our property within a week. It was a pleasure to deal with him and can’t thank him enough for his help. He has helped us to proceed in purchasing our next house due to great communication with ourselves and our buyer. It has been a great pleasure!! Thank you so so much.

Conscientious surveyor and knows his subject well.

Professional and helpful throughout the process

I would say the survey was v professional and thorough and any time I spoke to the team they were helpful and friendly especially when you consider we are older and not very good with emails and technical stuff so a big thank you to you all .

Very good service. Thank you.

Reliable and thorough

I had a positive experience using the services of Gribbon & Pelham, and have previously used their services. Smooth process from initial dealings with the lovely helpful Sarah and Rita followed by the survey carried out by Tony, who took the time to contact me after the survey to discuss any issues that may need addressing, followed by the survey report within just a few days. I would not hesitate to use again and recommend their services to others.

Tony and the team have been great to deal with. Very clear comms from the outset with excellent customer service. The survey itself was not only thorough, but explained in such a way that made it extremely useful.

Very quick response and excellent service. Report through within 4 days and telephone call on day of report , well done everyone!

Had a Level 3 survey done. From start to finish the service has been excellent. The office staff, helpful, courteous and highly efficient. Just after the survey of the property, Tony called to give a summary of his findings..much appreciated and quite enlightening. The written report was very thorough, and well presented with photos and detailed explanations. Altogether a positive experience. I would highly recommend them.
