Beautiful Gold Vision watch with responsive and respectful customer service representatives who were knowledgeable and helpful regarding my current timepiece, bands, and future offerings. I find the date wheel slightly hard to read as it's recessed and small. Larger, evenly spaced numeric markings would be helpful in this regard. This is only a minor issue, however, and the Vision Shine models seemed to have possibly already addressed this issue with brighter markings. Overall very happy with my purchase and would purchase additional products from this company again.

Just received and unboxed the package, the watch was excellent ,simple yet elegant in a compact smart box. Only the delivery tracking was a lil bit error during the delivery days, and my package was hold by the custom and has been taxed ,sigh...Anyway a good experience bought watch online

Greyhours gave a very quick response to any questions,the product looks just like the image on the website. I was a little concerned at not being able to see & handle an example of the watch but there seemed some glowing reports of customers experiences & I will happily add my positive comments via Trustpilot. Considering the distance between the UK & China their customer service has been excellent & many UK companies could learn from them. The design of the watch & indeed the packaging are superb.

Fantastic looking watches, which is why I have two, with service to match. I ordered a watch only to find out later from my daily websurfing that there was an offer for a free strap. I contacted the Greyhours and, even though the watch was already in delivery, they sent a free strap with a separate delivery – Nice.

I'm happy to say that the Vision Shine Carbon is as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures. Hear a lot of compliments from friends and strangers. Also very helpful and quick customer support when you have a question! Delivery took some time but the watch came in a nice packaging and well protected.

The seller is so nice, and usually can help you or answer your questions by email very quickly.
Then, the watch is great, too. The leather watchband，and the cool outlook.
But, the window which is used to show the date is too small to really the date number in a easy way.
That's all.

I recently ordered the Vision Carbon model from Greyhours, a Brand that i've never heard of before, and I'm impressed and totally satisfied.
The watch came inside a Smart box, with its warranty card and the instructions guide.
You can tell by the packaging and the product itself that you're the owner of a sophisticated, well-designed and modern jewellery.
The delivery was a little bit long due to the slowness of the French post office.
To conclude, I think it was worth waiting and i truly recommend this brand.

The watch caught my eye with the really nice design. I ordered the electron and liked the blue and yellow look. Ordering process was straightforward and loved reading all of the facts about the design and manufacturing. Took a week to arrive and the tracking wasn't the best. But then again it is just the impatience of waiting for a new thing. The packaging was great and the watch looked magnificent. Took a while to get used to the design but I'm really pleased. It feels like, strap looks brilliant and setting it up was easy. I have been checking accuracy and ok so far but only had for a week.
Overall very pleased. This is a great watch if you are looking for style and appearance. Strange thing is people asking "what does it do?" Being used to fitbits etc. So I answer that it tells the time elegantly.

Company is great and make a great product, sadly the straps that come with the watches i purchase are very small. Then to add insult to injury, they now have a promotion whereby you can buy their watches with a spare watch strap.

Given that a replacement strap starts at £14 upwards, they should give you an option to choose the strap size to fit your wrist. I brought Two watches both with a standard size watch straps.
