Realizo una reserva del producto y pasado un tiempo me devuelven el dinero y me dicen que no se va a producir por falta de pedidos. sin embargo vas a la página y pone agotado. ¿engaño? o ¿simplemente falta de seriedad?. Una verguenza.

Excellent customer care and very friendly. Superb watches designs and technology. I have got three of those in different colours and designs.

手表我很喜欢，和图片上的很符合，表盘大小、设计，表带都很美，是我喜欢的。包装很精美，，客服也在尽力帮你解决问题。不过快递虽然是在香港发货到国内，但是距离不超过50公里用了5天多，另外希望可以解决下电脑端不能登录的问题：点击登录页面不会跳转到登录页面。

CUSTOMER SERVICE BRILLIANT!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I just wanted to note how great the Greyhours customer service has been. I was making quite an expensive order a few months back and they were so helpful. I've also had a problem with one of the straps I ordered, but they have been quick to replace, no questions asked and literally got back to me within a few hours.

Brilliant - Totally recommend. If only all companies had this level of customer service!

I ordered the white Essential watch and I love it. It looks so clean and works perfectly.

After I had ordered the watch, Greyhours shortly dropped the price by 50% as part of their summer sale. A quick email later and they had matched the difference and refunded me the 50%. Great customer service.

One of the best companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with! Excellent customer service, with quite and personal replies via social media channels. The products themselves are absolutely stunning and the build quality is exceptional. A high end item without the high end price tag. Have just purchased my second item and will be looking to shortly to purchase a third!

The watch was a present for my husband’s birthday, and I’m very impressed with the packaging, I was not expecting it to be so beautiful and luxurious. Definitely worth the money!
The customer service is extremely responsive and helpful too. I was a bit worried as I thought my package got delivered to the wrong place, so I emailed the customer service, and Emrah replied within a few minutes with very helpful links and information about my order.
I would definitely recommend Greyhours to anyone wanting to purchase a beautiful watch with a great customer care service.

I had a minor problem with a strap, which was resolved to my 100% satisfaction in 1 day and it was a Sunday!!!

I was very conflicted about what to give this interaction. The customer service agent I worked with was truly phenomenal: one of the best I've worked with so I would rate him 5 stars if I were just evaluating his patience, creativity, and professionalism. That said, I sent my watch back to Greyhours in July and only received it back in October after many trips to the Post Office and dozens of emails: surely that's not the best process.

I am a repeat buyer of Greyhours after buying a watch a year ago. That what makes this review troubling because I see the service conduct on this product has become unreasonable. When I purchased the watch the second time, it was proudly announced that Greyhours offered “free returns”. What they don’t tell you is that the watch is shipped from China (Hong Kong to be specific) and that you have to spend international package rates to send the product back. I think that’s being dishonest. If you are advertising for free returns you should ensure that returns can be done easily. I have no qualms sending the product within the country of purchase but to expect that buyers will return the product shipping internationally with insurance, especially when they are unaware of it during purchase, is unreasonable.
I was very happy with the first watch I had purchased but this experience has soured my Greyhours experience and I cannot recommend this product anymore. It sad, because the product I really liked before now reminds of how easily I can be fooled.

The noomoon strap is not works perfectly, not easy to install and wear. The watch is very nice and deliver on time.

First of all I have to say GREAT PACKAGING! The slick yet noble look of the watches is reflected in the packaging.
Everything feels so high quality. For example, the warranty card, it's not just a piece of paper, it's a real card - like a credit card.
Everything was almost perfect, unfortunately one of the two ordered watches did not work. Yet i have to say that the support is great. I told them the problem and at the same day they sent me a new one without further problems.

Great quality product with supurb build quality. Shipping was early and the box the watch itself comes in is very sleek. Plus the extras inside are a wonderful touch. I've been waiting to get this watch for 4 years and I can say it easily lives up to my excitement.
